well back in june i put out for a new roof and in the end i chose cs on top roofing ,not cause he was cheaper but small guy local and he seem to know his stuff.so when he showed up to give me a quote ,the first pointed and said that had to be replaced and that was my whole reason to have it done .my facial and soft where bad shape from years back ,rotted and dry rot and clading was off on one side from storm back years .my shingles were still good ,didnt need to replace it ,but i thought get it all done cause was planning to sell so wanted to have large work done so better to sell, anyway one day job don which cost me $5800 plus $900 more for back rot ,which was stated in contract ,the roof was done but facial was put on to rotten old soffit and both sides are a mess ,big gaps in it doe to no nails and cuts were not good ,, i got quate from another carpenter to fix what they didnt do and that would cost another $2500 do to they would have to go back 3 feet each side so they could add small studs and nail then put shingles back on ,cause you cant nail threw new shingles..i took them to court in march which ending up being a mess from small claims court ,which involed first lost my paper so had to do it all over for the junicater ,then to find out they sent them to defendant and just abouy 6 months later and i guess didnt believe me or my quate from carpenter ,she says it sounds high well she new nothing about roofing and i showed her pics of all the damage and still closed my case ,.this contracter lied about every thing and his add says 7 %discount for first respnes and veterains which iam,ask there times about it and he said nothing ,point was i wasnt getting quates for singles which did not need yet ,but facial and soffit had to be done so decided to get all done for buyers ,they even leaning over roof to try to nail it together which you cant lay down and get it right ,so i just want to get it out that make sure you put every thing in writeing .stiil have pic

Our reputation is immaculate. Shawn tried scamming us and other companies into doing extra work that wasn't even related to the work we were there for. Shawn took us to small claims court and I made him look like a fool in court and proved my case with no lawyers needed. Case is closed he is just butt hurt the judge could see through his bulls***
