    I have been with Purple Cow for one year and have taken their bundle, internet, TV, and phone. The internet and phone have been OK but the TV has been a disaster. I have had constant trouble with their TV, the picture froze , this I asked them about a fix. I solved that myself. Today I can't even bring up the TV. I asked them about it a day ago but they haven't even gotten back to me for the third time. Their system of " texting " is a poor way of communicating, it just protects them and not the customer. Their service for the TV has been terrible.

    Absolutely disquisted with purple cow! 10 days and counting with no service. 2 technicians that have done nothing to fix the issue. ******** have rescheduled appts to come and fix it seeing as how purple cow runs off of their lines. Deplorable service from customer agents with Absolutely no clue what to do or how to fix this problem. I have a business that cannot run without internet and purple cow have no consideration or care for this matter. I will not ever recommend purple cow to anyone and will do my best to convince anyone that I know who has to purple cow, to switch to a better internet provider. Down right horrible!!!!

    Thought it was a good idea. Problem of stuttering and freezing started about 2 weeks into the program . Text the company,, they told us to send screen shots so we did. ,then it was "disconnect the modem" so we did. This would work for about 12 hrs. ,then right back to stuttering and freezing. After 4 months of doing this frustration has set in. A technician was sent from ********,,,,,all cable feed in was ok according to him...... called to have our internet discontinued....the representative wanted all the details, so we told him, we were not happy and not technicians. 4 months of this is enough and not acceptable, Asked for a particial refund for the month of Sept.2023 and he replied NO refund. So now I pay for a service I am not receiving. Very displeased with this business, and would NOT recommend.

    Getting set up was so easy on my phone with no phone in wait time. Needed a technician to run wire to my house.That also went smoothly. The password was texted and all was done. No issues. Thank you Purple Cow..

    I have had unfortunate experience of being a customer of purple cow. With the pathetic customer service, it has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. It has been three days since I lost my internet connection. When I contact the customer support a pre-recorded message direct me to contact them through text messaging. Really? In an age where we expect prompt assistance forcing customer to communicate through text is unprofessional. And on the top of that waiting for hours to get a response to you text is seriously inconvenient. Let’s talk about the appointment date they offered me after 13 days and said this is the earliest available, they cannot do anything about it. So basically, in total 3+13 I would have no connections for half a month, where on earth you get such S***ty support for internet service. The level of disregard for their customers’ needs is simply unacceptable. In summary, my experience with purple cow has been a complete nightmare. I have been using it for 5 months only and cannot wait to through the device out of my window. No internet connection for three days plus their long response time and an unreasonably distant appointment for technical support, demonstrates a complete lack of concern for their customers’ wellbeing. I cannot in good conscience recommended purple cow to anyone seeking a reliable internet service and efficient customer support. Stay far away from this provider and save yourself from the misery I have endured.

    I just got changed over so far the internet is good I also have a landline with them. the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. can't call them seems everything I have to text. still waiting on getting an account set up

    Can't say enough good about Purple Cow. Start to finish. . .on time service, fast internet and customer service that can't be beat. New to the herd but very happy, so far.

    Never a problem with my internet connection - so much cheaper. I stream a lot of movies, and except for *******, which I subscribe to through ****, it's ALL FREE. News, movies, series...all the content you could wish for. FREE. I'm in Eastern Passage. Service with Purple Cow has been perfect x 1 year. Absolutely zero complaints. This is a really good company, and their communication is immediate. You feel valued. Thanks Purple Cow.

    Shipped an old beat up router , internet slow and legs. Might be cheap but when you use it to stream television not even gaming it legs and is slow. Also canceled 5 days after I paid for the month and there apparently no way for them to give a partial refund even when returning the modem the next day! Pls keep in mind if you go to cancel your service. Happily back with **** with 1gb internet for only 20$ more a month.
