    Ordered part on there web site. Part order was canceled by Nissan. Called for refund,told it would take 30 days. Never received so much as an email when order was canceled. Not even a cancelation invoice. Trying to dispute charge with visa however I don't have the cancelation receipt. Order placed mar 22, Have talk to multiple people fron Yarmouth Nissan none return calls Called 5 time. Last time was may 6th 2024. Tried to resolve before I left for military training Now Currently unavailable and still on my credit card. If issue can't be resolved after this I will be contacting my attorne, to handle it and billing them for the ridiculousness of it.

    As shown in the attached document there was a refund processed from Simple Part (website provider for online purchases).  The refund was made to a card ending xxxx**** on April 15-2024 for 413.10. This amount matches the total on the receipt provided by the customer.  From my understanding there was adequate communication from Yarmouth Nissan to the customer.  I was not directly involved with the transaction however I was aware the refund had been processed. I verified with both the parts clerk and the comptroller we had completed the refund in a timely manner.  I also asked our comptroller if there were any unmatched amounts from our bank reconciliation.  The original payment from the customer was not received into our system.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I have attached credit card statement including day of purchase, up intell current statement. 

    I have made several attempts at contacting Nissan yarmouth prior to making my complaint. 

    Also left voice mails with several people, up to and including general management. 

     waiting two months on a refund IS unacceptable. 

    I would be charged interest.
