    I am the owner of the garage - I am reluctantly putting this complaint in because I don't know what else I can do to get closure on this matter Nov. they put up the building poorly -brought in a second crew to address the poor workmanship was not up to standards -the owner came out to look at the job and concurred that the workmanship was not up to his standards -another second crew came here -the owner came over to go over the reoccuring problems with the work -then more problems with the job -the owner came over again and I had a list and marked the problems of the garage -the owner agreed again with the substandard work (ie. dents, scratches and misalignment of panels)-the owner than looked at me and said what can I do to make you happy" I said "just do the job properly -I am writing you because I feel, I am no closer to an end product, as promised in his original quote
