            My wife and I picked up our trailer from Campikins June 2021 and had to bring it back July due to the fact the siding split and had to be replaced. They had to order the piece so they patched it up until they could get the replacement part (which didn't come in until we had put the trailer away for winter). After I picked up the trailer and got it home we noticed the inside of the trailer was a dirty mess, the toilet had been used and stunk to high heaven and one of the stabilizer jacks had been damaged and replaced with a sub par one. When I called to question the stabilizer jack and the condition of the inside of the trailer they said the jack came in broken, which I know wasn't true and didn't have an answer to the condition to the inside of the trailer. Early April 2022 we took it in to finally have the siding repaired. Today, April 23, 2022 we picked up the trailer to find the siding was repaired alright but it was damaged in another place and the stove was pulled out of place, and the table was down into a bed (which we have never had down ourselves) and the table cushions were thrown all over the place. Both times we took the trailer in for something we get it back with more wrong with it then when we took it in in the first place. *************************************************************** *****

            I have been informed by Jason our Fixed operations manager about this situation and your displeasure. I want to apologize for any damage that may have occurred with your trailer while it was at Campkin's for the service you required. We have looked into this situation further and some of the issues you mentioned may be the result of transporting the trailer to the dealership for service, rather than any actions taken by our staff.
