Climate Air began an install in my home in july. We are now on Sept 22 2023. They made several visits to my home to try and make things work. In this time they damaged my roof. They damaged my new siding soffit and fascia. They tore out my ceiling and did a cardboard duct tape repair. They incorrectly hooked up the dehumidifier on the furnace causing a flood. They left my home for the last time on aug 31st leaving equipment not operating. They left me with a gas leak that registered a level 9. 2 days after their final visit my dog became violently ill. We couldn't find what was wrong with her. After being ignored by climate air for 3 weeks i finally called a new HVAC company who found the leak. ****** ** **** *** ******* ** ** *** ** ** ********* *** ******** ******* ********** Ive still no calls from Climate Air or any of its entities to come to a resolution. They are aware of damages. They are aware of flood. They are aware of the gas leak. Yet They ignore me. ******** ******** ********  They have left me anxious. Afraid in my own home. ****** *** ** *** **** ******** ***** ****** *** ******** ******** ******* ** ******* **** ****** ****** ** ******* **** Do your research before letting people like this into your home. This company was fine years ago when privately owned. They were purchased by *** ***** **** ***** and now are unskilled. Management doesn't care about us.
