    I hired Sebastian back in early February to do some work in my basement. He was to move some plumbing and build a walk in shower. His quote was very reasonable and he seemed like a trustworthy guy. So, i gave him $1,500 in deposits, which he also gave me an invoice. He came 2 times for a couple hours each day. Then, he just stopped coming. Every day was a different excuse, and he was very creative with them. A bunch of times, he promised he would be there that day, so I would wait for him all day and he would just no show and not even call. He has made many promises to complete the job, but he never came through on any of them. Eventually, he agreed to refund my money. That was over a month ago and he has missed 4 payment dates he promised he would return my money. I wish I would have checked BBB before I hired this guy because it looks like the other complaints on here had the same experience as me.

    Started this job back in March. Sebastian was quick to action and gave a fairly good quote. Paid him the material deposit which he claimed to be $6,400 to get started and came and removed the back and right side of my fence. He then started complaining some posts are stuck to the ground and we're difficult to pull out to buy himself more time. He then complained that my ground has a lot of water. When we got around those, he would come up with excuses and only show up once or twice a week for 2 hours. It has been 3 months and the fence is nowhere near being done, nor is all the material on site. He keeps giving false promise dates to finishing the job and then just comes up with another excuse. One day I called him and instead of being on site working he said he was having a beer by his pool. I got very frustrated and told him this is unprofessional and it's very unrealistic for a fence to take 3 months. At the end; he put it in writing that the fence would done by Friday June 10 2022 and that he would get more guys to help and finish the job. Obviously that didn't happen and said a nail went through his hand even though he was at another place working on another project. He has taken 76% of my money and completed less than 50% of the project.

    Yes I had a beer by my pool and I was cleaning it after hours and this is none of your business for what I do after hours and I invited you to come. And you saw what we went through you were fine till your brother came and added to stress. And we have put more money in your property then you ha e given us.
    Also we did lots of good quality work.

    A quote is a quote. You have put more money into my property on what terms exactly? Have you paid out of your pocket? I doubt that. Whether you gave me a good deal or not, the job is still expected to be completed a long before 3 months. You promised it would be by May. Then before summer. Then early June. Then we set a date and you still didn't complete it. I have hired another company that has finished the fence in 4 days. Something Sebastian couldn't do because he kept complaining how there is water in the ground. What are your hours of work exactly? Because I'm not sure how 2PM is considered after hours. When I know you have worked on other projects during your "after-hours".

    I just calculated all your bills that were bought from **** ***** and they all have a p/o with your name on it.
    I have bills for $6128.12. Not including any labor charges of guys I had to pay. Out of the 6400 you gave me.
    Also 500 left from the original job you hired me for I what was completes and never got paid on that too. So let's stop this nonsense thanks.

He did not spend $6400 worth of material nor did he give me any or the material. He would only get material with him the day he shows up. Even if you add up the amounts he showed it still does not equate. ** *** **** **** ** ***** ****** ** **** ** **** *** * *****
