I purchased an insurance for my home and car. The agent, ****** ******* provided me with a quote and the pricing was very attractive. Once I signed the paperwork some months after, I received an email that I need to install an app in my cellphone device and provide the insurer with the picture of house in order to be eligible for the further discount. I called the agent ****** *******, who sold me the plan and he confirmed. I informed the company that I do not have a data plan and I needed to purchase two phones to keep the same discount. ****** ******* told me to purchase two phones and install the apps so that he can involve me in the discount program. I purchased the plans but the company still increased the premium. I have the following questions. 1. How can the an agent sell me such a plan without informing me what will happen thereafter? 2. The Service is horrible; I am calling this agent and I am receiving no reply from him. It takes ages to reply and/or he doesn't do what he promised. 3. They asked me to purchased the plans/phones and still charged me for the full premium (i.e. ~85$ higher than what they promised. 4. I am asking the agent to talk to his manager and he doesn't reply at all. Product Operations Allstate Insurance Company of Canada ** ******** ******** ******* ** *** *** ******* ******
