I am leasing a 2021 Nissan Rouge for 3 years. Lease is up June 2024. Since I signed the lease my charging dock has never worked. In April 2023 my backup camera stopped working. Took it to Belleville Nissan ( where I leased it from) and they looked at and told me the whole back door needs to be replaced under warranty. Told me they would call me when the part was in. Never heard back from them. Went in November 2023 and inquired about the part and was told they forgot to order it. Again told they would call me when the part is in. Never heard from them again. Called January 12th 2024, the lady on the phone had no information for me and told me their manager Jen would call me back. As of today, no phone call. Just want both items mentioned above to be fixed. I am leasing this vehicle, I don't own it but maybe that's the problem! Waiting for my lease to be up in 5 months so they don't have to waste money fixing it. You have lost a customer for life due to a store of yours not doing their job.
