      They quote me a total for the rental. Then charge me for the wrong dates and hire amount. *****

      Terrible customer service especially regarding warranty work for their ***** models. They don’t return calls or emails and charge for the time your trailer is on their lot waiting for them to complete the work they are obligated to do. ****** ********* *** *** ******** **** *** *****

      Good Morning
      On April 28th
      Your company returned my call about our leaking window, I have lost track of the numerous conversations regarding repairing it.
      I was assured that the window would be arriving within the next 2 weeks and a call back to me to book am appointment to replace the window would be done
      I was expecting a call the week of May 16th
      We are now going into the 4th week after your commitment to call us back
      The window is leaking and we are concerned about further water damage
      This issue was raised back in November of 2021 - 8 months ago ...

      I would like you to refund our 2+3 warranty money and we will seek out another dealership , that can provide the warranty service
      or we will use the money to pay for the repair ourselves .
      We also purchased and extended warranty that we are concerned has little to no value in getting our RV serviced under a warranty , we would like this warranty amount refunded as well
