    ** ****** *** I have been using National snow removal for about 4 years now and I never had any bad experiences with them as of yet. I highly recommend signing up for the next season

    I was originally very excited to have hired them for the 22/23 snow removal season. The first snowfall did a great job, the only small problem at the time was they spread salt on the drive. I had paid extra for the eco friendly ice melter. Was told that was all he had and he would make sure for next time. Next time it snowed again I was happy with the job. Then a crew showed up to my home 26+ hrs This crew had a small pick up truck with a plow that I had to stop from driving on my front lawn and taking out the path lights that are a foot off the drive. I asked the one person if they were from National he said yes. When they were gone only half the drive was done & a shovel path at the top of my drive to back door, no melter spread. I called the company as I was very upset with the disregard to my property . I sent pics to him. He said this was NOT his crew and his was not yet here according to his GPS. He assured me his crew would come. This morning nothing was changed. When I called again he sent me a pic of my drive w/snow and one without snow. How if this was NOT his crew did he have a picture of my drive with snow the ******* crew cleared that. The snow at the top was the same. He told me provide him with PROOF his crew didn't come. ** ** ** ********** ** ********** ************* This clearly was his crew or a "sub crew" his picture proof tells me that. After receiving no response to this query I felt I had no choice but to cancel the next season I had booked with this company. I am disappointed as the reviews gave me high hopes. Given the companies passive aggressive response to my cancellation "Once removed your spot will be replaced with our reserved lists of clients waiting to sign up. Good luck in the future and have a great week!" I was not valued as a client this year and certainly wouldn't have been next year.

    Thanks for your review. As mentioned to you originally that was not our crew that showed up to your property the first time, our crew showed up the second time, however you mentioned some spots were still missing as our crews followed the guidelines that the wrong crew did and thought it was done and you cancelled your services and received a refund. All of our visits are photo-log, the photo taken only shown the bottom portion of your driveway and not the portion you complained about, hence why a picture was asked to see to fix the issues. As stated, once a spot is cancelled/removed we fill it with a pending client who is awaiting service. Spots for next season are always pre booked and sold out in advance. It has nothing to do with being a valued client, once your spot is gone if you decide to sign back up there is no guarantee as they are replaced. Thanks. -Nicholas

    The worst service I have ever experienced , add to that such poor customer interface by their "dispatcher" (Trevor ) . **** ******* *** ** ****** ** ***** ** ** ********* * if they had a website that was working I would have left my review there * *** ********** ** ***** ** When I tried to voice my concerns , Trevor the dispatcher had no inclination to listen. *** **** **** ** ******** ** ***** ** ******* ** ***** , ********* *** *** ******* ******** . ******** ****** ***** **** ******* . *** **** ****** **** *** * **** ** * ******** **** *** ********* **** ****

    Thank you for your review. If you are the home owner ******* at ******* in Caledon that Trevor had an issue with due to the swearing and foul language you had on our recorded phone call then I can I understand your frustration. You were a new client this season and clearly did not understand how things work or wanted it to work differently than it has for the past 13 years. Trevor has been with me for 10 of those years. I do not tolerate customers or anyone swearing or disrespecting our staff and employees. Trevor also spoke to your son and there seemed to be no issues after that. We service over 300+ homes and many in Caledon for years and years who understand patience and how the service works. Sorry that you were unhapp, you were more than welcome to cancelled when the issue arised Good luck in the future.
