  We needed to replace our furnace so decided to get an energy audit completed by the Brantford office of Energuy. Once the audit was complete we learned a few valuable things about our house and then proceeded to pick a company to replace our A/C with a heat pump as well as install the new furnace. Both the inspector and Sandy from the office were very professional and transparent through the entire process. We have our full rebate now. We were very satisfied with the quality of service as well as the rebate we received. We would recommend Energuy.

Dealing with Gabrielle at Energuy has proven to be one of those exceptional experiences. In applying for a ************ Rebate Grant, offered for replacing our aging and failing HVAC system with a rebate qualifying energy efficient heat pump, I encountered a series of issues, too numerous to recount here. As well, in addition to being technology impaired, I found it increasingly challenging to navigate the minutia of the qualifying requirements of the Grant programme itself. ********** **** ** ************ I resorted calling the Energuy customer support line and was fortunate enough to connect with Gabrielle. I cannot say enough about the level of extraordinary customer service that I received **** **** ***** *****. Over the ensuing time it took to deal with my unique issues - through to completion of the requirements of the programme, Gabrielle followed up on every issue I encountered. She offered me council, and when needed, she walked me through the process by email and by phone - for as long as it took. ** ***** **** * *** **** ********* ** ***** ** ******* the level of “old-school” customer service offered me by Energuy and this impressive customer service representative, I would apply it here. ****** *

  Completed an energy assessment in 2022 for the Greener Homes Grant program and the advisors were very helpful. I had some trouble with the greener homes portal at the end of the process but the customer service staff at energuy was able to walk me through how to request my rebate.

  I recently received my final audit from Energuy and I could not be more happy with the final result! They were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending their services to my friends, family and neighbors in the future!

  I was initially quoted one price for the initial and then final audit. Before the final audit was completed, Energuy significantly increased the cost of the final audit. Although they send emails demanding payment before the work has completed, they fail to meet their committments to upload final documents required for the Government Loan.   I had recent interactions with Energuy Holdings-Ltd and it was such a pleasant experience with this company. My pre-retrofit and post retrofit evaluations were completed on the promised dates followed by the reports well in time. I wanted my post retrofit report early so that I could apply for the grants in GL portal and to my pleasant surprise those report were uploaded to my GL portal in 3 working days. Due to this fast processing at Energuy side, I was able to request my loan amount ( to make payments to Solar company) and was able to apply for the grants in time. I just requested Energuy over the call to expedite on the report uploads to GL portal and even though they mentioned SLA of couple of weeks but understood my genuine problem of making payments to SOLAR company in net 15 days from installation date and fulfilled my requirement. I am very happy with their services and would definitely circulate the word among my friends/neighbors who are looking for energy evaluation for their homes. Thanks a lot Energuy and keep up the good work :)

  In November I had an initial energy audit from Energuy prior to installing a new geothermal heat pump. The company submitted the audit the very day I had my audit. The first week of December, Energuy returned and conducted a post install audit. They took my payment immediately both times in full, yet now late March, almost 4 months later, several emails and phone calls and they still haven't provided the final audit documentation. I feel ripped off, they collect your money and the fail to complete the work they were employed to do. In my view I could have done without the audit, but this is a requirement for the greener homes program. I just want them to complete their end of the deal so I can collect my government grant. *** ******** ** **** ***** ****** ********* *** ***** ***** * ***** **** ***** **** ***** **** *******

  I recently went through the process of getting new windows and doors. We hired Energuy to perform the pre-retrofit and post evaluation required to be eligible for the Canada Greener Homes grant and loan. CRAIG H was our Energuy and he was professional, through, informative, efficient, and respectful! I’d recommend Energuy to anyone looking to retrofit their home! Thanks guys!!! Tip: remember to leave your window labels up until after your post evaluation! Makes a world of difference for your assessor!

Booked our follow up inspection - had to wait 4 months for next appointment. 1 week before the day, they messages saying we have to bump your inspection by another 4 months because the program is ending. 8 months wait because they are trying to enroll as many people in the program at the cost of existing customers. * **** **** ** **********
