    ***** ******* The owner of the business does not know what he is doing and the workers are unskilled. Paid $21,734 to have new siding, flashing, soffits and eavestroughs installed and 3 porch posts wrapped. The workers damaged over 15% of the siding and caused damages to my personal property as well. Phoned the owner to have the wrapping on my 3 front porch posts repaired and it's been 3 months with no return phone call. If you do hire this company do not pay until all damages are repaired, (and there will be damages) or you will never see them again. * **** * **** ***** *** ***** ** *****

    Hello ******, We are shocked and saddened to receive this review from you. Throughout our experience working with you, there was never any indication you were dissatisfied with the work we were providing. This seemed evident especially when you requested us in August 2024 for a second job of installing a steel roof for your home and installing siding to your shed, after we’d already completed your first job of installing siding, soffit, fascia, eaves trough, flashing, and capping your front posts in July 2024. As a thank you for pursuing a second job with us, we gave you a discount of $1360 off of the original quote of $17,360, for a contract price of $16,000 taxes included. In addition, we installed snow guard to the entire perimeter of your house at no additional cost, even though the original contract was only for 30 ft of snow guard. We provided these perks as a show of appreciation for your continued support to our business after your original job was completed in July. Throughout our time working with you, we regularly discussed your needs, and when you voiced aesthetic concerns about the wrapping of your posts, and siding pieces that arrived scratched from our supplier, we replaced them with no hesitation or additional cost. In addition, we purchased additional materials so you could inspect each piece of replacement siding to ensure that your house would look pristine. Furthermore, there was never any damage done to your personal property. If there had been damage, you never disclosed it to us or we would have ensured there was accurate repairs or compensation provided. We regularly spoke before, during, and after the completion of both of your jobs, so the claims of poor communication are simply false. It is disappointing to see this review filled with inaccuracies after you regularly told myself, and my team about how happy you were with the work we provided.     The only reason I hired you for the roof was to get all of the damages fixed for the siding job. Which they were not done. The so called discount was for a seniors rebate, like your web page advertised, not for a valued customer. Every time a new part of the house was being completed damages were being done to the siding that was already installed. Apparently there are boxes that can go around every pipe and vent openings to give the house a cleaner look. These were never mentioned to me, as I would have chosen them instead of having bad cuts around all of the openings that you tried to cover up with chalking (that looks messy). The post were wrapped with two different colors of sheeting, I called to have it fixed and three months went by with no response. Damages included: 1 brand new solar light broken 2 deep gouges in my composite deck boards Cigarette burn in my artificial grass 2 holes in my driveway (that your workers told me how I can repair it).

    Thank you again for your response. It appears that we have different recollections of our conversations regarding the work done on your house. It needs to be noted that when you asked me to do your roof, you said it was because we had done a great job on the house and no mention was ever made that you were hiring us to make sure the damage from the first job was fixed. I have not had a single phone call or text message from you since the second job you hired me for (the roof) was completed. I have double-checked our incoming calls, texts and emails from the date the roof was completed to confirm this. I was not aware of any damages having been made to your property because, as I mentioned above, I have received no phone calls from you since the jobs were completed. I have spoken to the staff who worked on your job site as it is their usual practice to inform me as soon as any complaint is made so it can be resolved quickly. They told me there were marks in your driveway from the ladders as it was 32 degrees Celsius when they worked on your roof. They had a conversation with you, and you told them not to worry as you were redoing the driveway next year. They were not aware of any other damages. They did mention there were rub marks on some siding pieces which could have been cleaned with a cloth, but they changed the siding pieces immediately to prevent any concerns from you. Regarding the two colours on the post, we changed them because you told us you did not like where the seams were placed. We replaced them again when you said you did not like where the screws aligned. Caps that go around pipes are not available in the colour of your siding, but when we brought this to your attention, the only colour available was white and this was not to your liking The staff who worked at your home, like myself, are as shocked and saddened about your recollections as I am. I can only state again how disappointing it is to see a review that is filled with inaccuracies after you told myself and my team several times how happy you were with the work we provided.
