    **** ************* ****** ******* **** ******** *** **** *** ** **** ***** Took a deposit and did not return the deposit money when we asked for it back after catching him in a ***. Took him to court *** **** *** for the refund and he did not even acknowledge the claim and we won via default because he couldn't be bothered and now we have a lien on his home.

    **** **** **** *** ********* they sell you units that are illegal in Canada, which i just found out by needing a new unit (chlorine-saver) I called several times his business . It goes straight to voicemail, his cell never answers. Why would he sell units that you can't buy anywhere??????

    this company took over $100,000 18 months ago for a pool.....iniitally completed about 50%, then left it over the last year to fester in her back yard. she is elderly and trusting, unfortunately she gave the entire amount up front. of note is the fact that all of the lines in the pool have been left open and are currently full of water, which will freeze and wreck over the winter. how is this allowed to continue?

    this guy will sell you the world, then collect a check and then ghost you he refuses to answer calls, or texts. then show up unannounced for a part day ever couple weeks. I have no idea how he is still in business. after putting a down payment in June/2021 for a pool i was told would start in September, he showed up on June 8th of to start digging. then 1 day a week for june, couple days in july, didnt have the liner on sight until aug. he has still not finished, and will not contact me. i have been left no choice but to seek legal help. ** *** ***** **** **** **** **** **********
