    I received an item for my baby shower with a gift receipt. I followed the correct procedure in returning that item (sent photo of item and receipt) and was provided a return label. On October 23, 2023 I brought that item to ****** ****. The lady at the counter asked me if the item was prepaid shipping, and then asked me to leave it on the counter. I was not offered a tracking number. Nearly a month later, I still had not received my gift card as per return policy. I reached out to their customer service who informed me they could not find the item in their warehouse therefore I was out of luck given I didn’t have the tracking number. I reached out to ****** **** who informed me that Snuggle Bugz should be able to reverse track the item as the merchant who provided the label. I suggested this to snuggle Bugz who has refused to assist further. Nowhere in their email or return policy did it specify to be sure to obtain a tracking number. I followed their return policy and they are now refusing to provide me the refund for the item due to their own issues locating it in their warehouse. I am appalled.
