    Urgent Removal of Inaccurate Credit Reporting – ***** ******** associated with Account # ending ****** I am writing to formally request the immediate removal of inaccurate, false and unverifiable information currently being reported on my Transunion Canada credit file as an active tradeline. This pertains to the ***** account which is erroneously being reported. I would like to clarify the following points regarding this matter: 1. False Information: I have never opened an account with ***** ********, and my name does not appear in any connection with the account in question. Despite my repeated requests, this account has remained on my credit report without any proof of verification (original contract) and ownership of debt. ********* ** ******** *** ******* **** ********* *** ******** ** ******* ***** ** **** ********* *** *********** ** ****** ******** ** ******* ** ****** ***** ** *** *** ******** *********** ********** *** ********** ********* *** ********* Transunion is obligated to ensure that any information being reported on a consumers file is accurate and verifiable. If the reporting party cannot provide sufficient documentation, which they have not, proving the validity of the debt, the information must be removed immediately. ** **** ***** *** ********* ***** ************* ********* ********** **** ***** ***** ******* *** ******* ****** **** alleged debts and accounts that have remained inactive for over 6 years must be removed from credit reports. This ***** ********-********* account has been active and open for over 7 years and should no longer appear on my credit file. Any information older than this cannot ******* remain on my record. Given these facts, I am requesting the immediate removal of this account from my credit report.

    After speaking with 4 different representatives, they have all failed to verify and provide proof of ownership that allegedly ties me to this debt. Contacting me yet another time won’t resolve this error.

    Hello, I noticed that the information on my credit report was incorrect since Jan 2025. My credit profile was mixed with another person, and I was added a middle name, which I do not have one. Also, a credit card account (********** ***** opened Dec 2024 was mistakenly added to my profile, and I believe it belongs to the other person. I submitted an online dispute but the problem persisted and transunion did not remove the account, did not correct the name on file, did not recover my credit score.

I have identified that TransUnion currently lists a debt from over seven years ago, originally with **** for $146.00, which should no longer appear on my credit report. Additionally, there are two entries for what appears to be the same debt: one for $146.00 listed under **** and another for $298.00 listed under *** ******* the agency that acquired the debt. *** ******** ** *** **** ****** ** *** ****** ***** ** ********** ******** **** ********** ********** I request that TransUnion remove both entries from my credit report immediately, as they violate the legal requirement to remove debts over seven years old from credit reports.

I have paid off all debts I owe except some which are in good standing such as a few credit accounts I make monthly payments on.     I have opened a dispute for wrong loan information mention in my credit file around Dec 16 or 17, 2024. I have ticket number (dispute number) #*******. I was told that it will take 30 days to sort this out. It's been almost 2 months and nothing happened. During this 2 months period, I called them to inquiry about update on the file multiple times, however, every time they told me that they are working on it. When I called today they say they need a letter from me and it will take another 1 month. My argument is I opened a dispute on phone. If you need anything my side, why they didn't tell me before while I opened the dispute. All of sudden they want a letter from me and they will take another 1 month to sort out. They are letting me know after I called them. What are they waiting for if they need a letter from me? It is just time waste and my house closing is suffering as it will be very soon. Bank relys on credit report from Transunion, and transunion is not helping for this as well. It's transunion's error to put a loan under my name which I never ever owed/owes to anyone. I need quick resolution on it.

    I do have line of credit with **** under *************** ******* ******* program. I applied for increase in credit limit ** * **** ** ****** *** ** **** **** ** ****** ******** ******* ** ******* **** informed that my existing line of credit account is not reflecting under my credit report for some reason, so i have to resolve that issue so they can increase my limit. I contacted transunion last to last week and explained them the whole issue *** ********* **** * **** ** *** **** *** ** ***** **** ***** ****** ****** They told me that its mix up file case and their investigation team will work on it, and it will take 3 to 5 business days. I requested them to do it asap ** ** **** *** **** They didn’t do anything. Its been more than 10 days now, i have been calling transunion each day, every advisor is giving me different timeline and they are not doing anything to resolve my issue. * ** ** ** **** ********** ***** **** why i have to suffer because of the mistakes that i didn’t do. They are taking this very casually. I have explained them **** * ** ***** ********* *** *** *** **** ** ***** ******* ** ** ********* ********** and they are talking this very casually. Every time i call them , they say their investigation team is working on it, but it didn’t resolve anything yet. ** ******* *** ******** *** **** * **** ***** **** ** **** ** ******* *** these people are making so difficult for me. I dont know now what to do. My last hope is on you guys to resolve this issue asap. I filed complaint against transunion few years back too as this is not the first time they did mix up my profile.     I have noticed several discrepancies on my Credit Report after recently obtaining it. I have noticed multiple Hard Inquiries made to many of the same companies made within the last year and a half to 2 years. To note, I underwent a Consumer Proposal in February 2023 and at that I had no credit cards in my possession nor did I apply for any. My Proposal was completed in March of this year and I have not applied for any credit cards as I already own 4 and have no use for any others. I feel my information may be compromised and I’m requesting all duplicate Hard Inquiries be removed from my account as there is well over 100. My credit score has been impacted greatly by whoever has caused this issue and I am not happy by any means.

    I need to have items removed from my credit report. I was a victim of identity theft, and was ******** by creditors for Payments for things that were not mine. I have filed a police report and a report with the Canadian anti fraud agency. I have had enough of dealing with this. I’ve even had to file a consumer proposal because I’ve had creditors refuse to remove accounts, even though I’ve given proof they aren’t mine. I can’t continue with this and been advised to file a report with the ****** ******** ****** to get someone at Trans Union to actually remove accounts once and for all. I have new accounts open with my bank for safety measures, I have reports filed with the police and the Canadian anti-fraud agency, There is only one acct that’s mine on my credit bureau and that is with ****** dealer advantage.     initially when recently applying for a mortgage, having a credit score *** I figured I was in good condition for a mortgage with my partner. The mortgage Bank ** ********* was concerned because my report showed derogatory marks for a ** ********* auto load. I looked up and noticed a lot more issues too. I have tried to dispute and am not hearing anything back. I have requested the aid of a supervisor because this information needs to be updated ASAP as we've been given an extension for mortgage approval pending getting my credit bureau fixed. needing to be fixed -my *** **** is present, active and up to date(was not included in a proposal?) -my ******* ******* acct# isn't the right number in the proposal? -******** **** ********** is unknown? FRAUD, not me? no way I could get since they were in the proposal looks like it was only open for 4mths? 2018? -**** ********* in the proposal isn't shown paid when it was in the proposal and ended Aug 2023 all accounts paid? ****** **** was in proposal why does it show collection? and not proposal and paid? -** *********- was an auto loan and I have a copy of the lean release, WAS NOT in proposal I requested a return call, for some reason I did get a call back but my phone went straight to voice mail 3x in one day, so ive requested a call back 4x afterwards with another # in the house. I have not received any call back from these requests or voicemails???     I am rejecting this response because:

    this isn’t a very acceptable answer.  My credit bureau inaccuracy is affecting my application for a mortgage to to the lack of communication with other companies.  Accounts have incorrect records especially since someone changed things when they shouldn’t have been changed. This is very frustrating for someone like myself who is having accounts showing negative reports when there isn’t any issues???  ***** ****** **** ** *********** *** *** ** *** ***** ******** *** **********  Also why is customer service told a supervisor will call within 24-48hrs, when no one calls back? * **** *** ***** **** ** **** **** ***** ** *** ***** ******** **** ******* ** *** ****** **** *** ** *** *** *******  Extremely frustrating.
