      My problem is I took out a loan for $6500 three years ago and now my branch called me asking if I wanted to reapply or something but the problem is the original loan is now at $6700. **** **** ******** *** *** ******* *** ******** ******* **** **** **** ***** *** the new manager won't help me or explain why my loan is more after three years. Your new district manager won't call me. Why after 3 years is my loan more then when I took it out?

      03 02 ,2023 I recieved an offer for a pre approval loan stating "You have been pre-approved for a installment loan of 3500" I applied for loan online but there was a issue sending ID Info so the store told me to cancel online application and do in store. I completed application in store only to be told that I no longer qualify If I did not qualify then why did they offer loan to me... They offered loan to me I did not request it so my natural assumption was it would be done I have dealt with cash4you for a number of years always paying on time **** **** *********** *** *** ******** ****** ***** **** *** ***

      I had taken out a payday loan to be paid in 3 installment...missed the payment due to banking error...but the following u called them obtained an email address and sent an Email money transfer. I received a call from a withheld phone number...stating they represent cash 4 u corp and that I had missed a payment. No verification was completed but the agent confirmed the amount that was give to me as a loan confirming it is indeed cash 4 you corp....I advised I made the payment via emt ....person was rude and stated no payment then HU on me....proceeded to send a payment to be taken out if my account again....without my consent . I called back the location that had provided the loan and they stated the district manager will be in touch...but I did not receive any follow up

      I recently received a settlement offer letter from Cash4You with regards to a loan that had been taken out many years ago I called the phone number on the letter as well as sent emails have not received a response back, I also went on the Cash4You website and sent a message off through the contact section also no response back **** ** ****** **** ******** ******** I filed for bankruptcy in January 2022 my bankruptcy trustee has sent paperwork to Cash4You they have not received a response. I called this one Cash4You store and asked for the head office address and the person could not tell me ** **** ****** **** ******** ** ****** ** **** **** ** ** ********* *** they need to acknowledge my bankruptcy because I should not have received the settlement offer letter.

      I received no email from the business like they stated, also when they called they could have left a voicemail message with an extension for me to call to be able to reach someone which they didn't do, I called the number myself I could not get through you have to know either an extension or the person's name.

      This is an on going issue The online system constantly gives errors, such as repayment dates on the opposite to your pay, inconsistant banking verification, and lack of ease of use. No clear complaint process makes it near immpossible to get immediate support as you are given a number to call and leave a message, and its roulette if someone returns the call in the said 24hrs (this is the URGENT complaint process). *** ******** ******* **** *** ***** ** ********** ************* * *** *** ****** *** *** ** ***** twice the same agent I complained to, tell me I would be charged if I was deliquent even though I was calling because the system *** ******** ** **** *** **** changing my information on the loan. The repayment calculator does not calculate the payments correctly( a loan for two days costs the same as one for 14, but sometimes the system will date it for your next pay.... *** *** **) And * **** ****** I cannot remove my SIN number. * **** * *********** *** * ***** **** ** ** *** **** ****** I do not want my information with this ***** company *** **** **** ******* ***** **** ******** ***** ******** *** ******** ************ **** ****** ** *****

      My husband and I took out a small loan from the Cash 4 you, near Christmas last year in 2022. I went too explained to them that he does not get paid to the following week do to the holiday schedule at his work.       I took out a payday loan in December 2022 and missed a payment at the end of the month. Beginning of January the business called me and I made a promise to pay the missed payment and pay the loan in full at the end of January when I got paid again. January 30 they automatically withdrew the payment again. I got paid jan 31 and went to pay the balance and was told I couldn’t get another loan for a few days until the money they took out of my account after already having a payment arrangement, goes through. So I went home and checked online on my account and it said to make the remaining payment and I could reborrow immediately so I e transferred the payment. Still wasn’t able to reborrow. On Feb 1 the payments both went through went through and I took out another loan. Then I wake up today feb 2 and they withdrew another $295 from my account even though my loan was paid in full the day before and a new loan was approved. So now they still haven’t returned this money, they’ve given me a $50 nsf fee from their mistake and I even over paid them for the previous loan by over $20 that I never got back. I have emailed them multiple times about this and called. But no reply at all.

      I have been trying to Cash my paycheques that I pay to get certified at the fort Erie store and they won’t even look at them because they are hand written. The cheque is from a legitimate place of employment, it is certified so they are assured it won’t bounce and they still wont even attempt to look at it or contact my place of employment to confirm. I am just very frustrated at this point because this is my only option to cash my cheque at the moment because I am still waiting on id to open a bank account *** * ******* ***** ** * **** ******* I haven’t been able to Cash any of my cheques for 3 weeks because no one including cash4you has been able to cash my cheques. ***** ****** ******* ****** *** **** ***** ******* **** ***** * ******* *** *** *********  I just really need someone to help me.

      I called the customer service phone on Oct 30 regarding my loan. *** **** ****** ****** ********* ****** *** wanted to make arrangments to pay my loan off and instead cash4you devide they would not only take my 178.35 on Nov 9 they then called me asking about my payment when they already took 178$ out of my account only to wake up with another attempt to take MORE money out my account giving me a NSF fee of $45.**** *** *** ********** ************** *** i want my NSF fee reimbursed *** ***** ** ******** **** **** ******* **** ******
