    We hired Skedaddle to address a mice issue we had in our house June 4, 2021. They came and gave us a quote to fully get rid of the mice with a lifetime guarantee on their work. When they came out, the only area that they said they would leave off the quote was underneath our back deck which didn't seem to be an issue at that time. We had no problem with that. We have still continued to have a mice issue and have called them back multiple times to address it. They are now saying that the problem is coming from underneath our front porch and that they would like another $400 to fix it. We paid them $3290.56 to fix the mice issue. It has never been fixed and we are still getting mice. NO WHERE on this quote does it state that the front porch wouldn't be included. As a matter of fact, they screened in the front porch and are now denying that they did so. We previously had skunks under the porch which were dealt with by another company. It was screened in with large screening. The Skedaddle worker who came to work on the house put smaller screening on top of the bigger screening on one side of the porch in an attempt to keep mice from going under the porch. I called supervisor Keith who told me that the porch wasn't included and he wasn't sure why it wasn't put on the original quote. I told him that we had no idea, or else we would have tried to work that into the price. We had always been told the only thing not included was under our deck. He stated again, he didn't know why either, but they weren't going to do the work for free. I told him that we already paid them $3290 and the mice have never left. Keith also denies that they screened the bottom of the porch with smaller screening. I feel this front porch needs to be included, or we want our money back as this has never gone away. We still have mice in the house.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.   Upon receiving this, we had our Corey L., Director Of Technician Operations review your account.  He determined we indeed fell short on our service and we are committed to making things right with you and resolving your mouse issues.  Corey reached out to you and attended your premises today and discovered a missed entry point in your garage.  We discussed a plan with you to complete the work in your garage and screen the front porch once you have prepared the garage for us.  This work will be completed at no charge.  We apologize for the frustration we have caused you in this situation and your patience and trust in us to resolve this.
