My wife and I bought a************** 2021 in May for just over 40000. And we picked it up at the end of the month around the 28 of May because of covid we were not allowed to have anyone walk threw the trailer with us and inspect it but we're given an inspection sheet saying they went threw the trailer. Our first trip home with the trailer lots of problems with the trailer toilet leaking, lights broken, slider leaking, slider bent, wires not connected, cupboards not closing, bedroom door fell off, we had someone come out they only adjusted the door that was our free service. Then 2 weeks later trailer back into shop which I dropped off for a week and a half they told me they would fix it all that was not the case changed my lights found even more problems. Campmart after numerous emails came out and picked up My trailer and and took it for two more weeks and fixed a few more things but still lots of problems and now they won't call or email me back.Business response

I am in contact finally with someone from 401 auto **** ***** and she is being helpful with trying to see what is wrong with my trailer but we are still working on a solution. We have been in touch further with this client, and are in the process of coordinating drop off of their trailer, and a game plan to have their concerns addressed on their unit. We are confident our service technicians will be able to address the concerns and have our valued clients back out camping!
