      ** **** ** ******** *******. Our freezer on our Miele fridge has been out of action for a year now. Sometimes it works for a day or two, then not. Miele themselves has been of no assistance. Local appliance companies cannot. seem to diagnose the problem. We are seriously contemplating getting rid of what is otherwise a perfectly good unit, and replacing it with a non-Miele appliance. Be warned, if it operates fine, no problem with Miele, but the moment there is a problem you are in trouble!

      My Miele refrigerator broke down, so I called Miele for a repair. They sent a partnered repair company, which informed me that the refrigerator could not be fixed. I then reached out to Miele to see what could be done, and they said they would send a different company to attempt the repair. Keep in mind I have to pay for two separate service charges. However, I did not proceed with the second company *** ***** ** **** *** The fridge is only six years old, but the temperature started fluctuating. The company they referred me to is apparently the only one that might be able to resolve this issue. A two-hour job would have cost me $2,000 in labor fees, but the parts are covered under warranty. **** ********** ***** **** *** ******* **** * **** **** ***********. * ***** ****** ******* **** **** ***** *** *** ******* **** ***** *** ****** *** *********** **** **** **** **************

      After one year and two months, our first Miele fridge broke. ***** ********* insisted that we needed a second Miele brand. After just four months, it broke again. It’s taken more than one month wait to repair under warranty, and now there are no parts. We still waiting…this is unacceptable! …under warranty and can’t fix or to replace within an acceptable time. ****** ******** takes months to fix their own fridges, even under warranty.

      Dreadful service. They have a policy of having to repair the item before replacing it if it’s not working. Brand new vacuum not working. Spent 8 weeks without a vacuum while they “repaired it”. Finally they admitted couldn’t fix it. Replaced it. Had this vacuum for just over 1 year. The wheel has fallen off and had to be repaired. Now the vacuum is not charging. Replaced the dead battery. New battery dead after charging. It may be the charging unit, but they don’t know. I phoned Customer Service and demanded a refund and they agreed. Then went through numerous phone calls with them. They denied I phoned and denied that I was offered a refund. The authorized repair dealer is not close by and we have spent hours back and forth with this vacuum for repair. As well as endless weeks without a vacuum. Now they tell me to take it in for repair again. I’m beside myself. I just want a full refund. ** *** *** * ***** *******

      Their app does not work! Their customer service is poor! ***** ***** *** ************  On the bright side, their products are good, but really one would expect better customer care for a product that is considered high end. **** * ******* * *** *** **** *** **** **** *********** *** **** **** *** ****** ** ** *** ***** If you are going to charge so much for your product, back it up with exceptional customer care...

      Terrible product and terrible customer service. Purchased Miele professional clothes washer for $5430 but it broke down after about two years (outside warranty), despite assurances that it would last a long time. I note that as a professional machine it is supposed to last when used every day, all day long (for example, at a laundromat). We use it only in our home perhaps twice a month, so really it should have been fault free. Phone technical support multiple times with fault text but no-one could help. Asked for repair technician and quoted $1000 just for travel time (repair time and parts would be additional costs). Nearest technican other side of province, so no local support. Asked for Miele product documentation so a local appliance repairer can look at it but to date no response. Contacted Miele Canada complaint department, discussed problem in detail and assured that it would be escalated to "office of the president" and I would be contacted soon. Over a month now and still no response. Have also complained to support and received no response. The product quality is poor. The technical service is poor. Availability of repair technician is poor and outrageously expensive. Complaints get no response.

      Terrible customer service. Had to wait over 7 weeks for a part to arrive. Couldn’t use my stove top over the holiday season. We’ve had to make several calls to Miele and each time they said the part was on its way. We should have had a replacement while waiting for Miele to do their job. Ridiculous that we have a $10,000 oven and couldn’t use it over Christmas! Very disappointed.

      I am so frustrated with Miele and its technical support (********* *******) I could cry. Wanted service for my 30+ year old gas cooktop which Miele agreed to. All burners were functioning, but three of the electronic starters were not working and I needed to light with bbq lighter. Kindly technician from ********* ******* came, took cooktop apart, one burner piece broke in process, was told four starters and broken piece would be ordered for all burners and received in one week. As it was going to be out of service for only one week, I agreed that we could leave cooktop out of service for that period so I could give burners a good clean. One week passed, then two. I had to keep chasing ********* ******* who promised to look into and advise. They would not call me back and I escalated to Miele. Reminded both Miele and ********* ******* that I was having 12 for Christmas dinner and I needed a working cooktop, could they please put it back in service since it was working before the service call. They refused and also refused having the technician call me to explain. We are now 3 working days from Christmas, no ETA for parts provided. A very negative experience so far. I appreciate that this is an older model but am frustrated that ********* ******* refused to put back into working order the way they found it. Hoping this will be resolved quickly.

      ** *** ***** ***** *********** *** ***** ***** ***** ******** ******** The company says their machines last the longest but mine broke 3 times in the 7 years since I have had it. The cost of one repair is the cost of a ********** machine. Miele has awful customer service. Their repair person told me the machine should not have broken like this and that I did nothing to cause the problem.       I called the miele store and they would nit check on a part that i need. Instead they email you if they have it then you have to vall back to order. What kind of customer service is that . They are **** *** not helpful. We will never get a miele profuct again
