      I have taken my time personally answer this client review, we started her US Waiver in July 2022 we completed and put a waiver in her hand Jan 2023 thats less than 6 months as her rep also offered to upload her paperwork at no cost and she decided to pay someone else to upload her paperwork then complain about her Rep, odd? Her rep also always answered her calls and text I can provide copies if needed. Going the extra mile, well, I guess you can't make everyone happy. Happy travels Ms. ******** ******* on the Waiver We completed for you in under 6 months. That's what you get from an unprofessional company? Waivers take upwards of 12 months or more. She got hers in under 6 months if that's terrible I am left to wonder what is good.

      I'm very grateful for the help I received from Pardons and Waivers Service Canada, Since 8 years ago I have needed their services and as always the service exceeds my expectations. At any time I need them they always available to help, they are very professional, it is really great to work with them. * ****** ********* **** ** ******* I am also happy for the help and the support I got from Kolt, He was as always very helpful, He provided me with all information needed and what should be submitted and kept me updated throughout the process until everything was taken care of.

      These people cannot do what they say! All forms they send you are off Canada web site, step by step instrustions how to fill out forms. They can not speed up the process nor can they tell you that you already are approved. Kolt talks a very convinceing storey!

      Thos documents you need to sign and send abck so we can submit them along with the documents we colledted on your behalf Ie court document police checks and other various governemtn docuemnts. You recived that last part as we are now done collecting whats needed to finsh this application and I would advise you to call your rep to explain or go over vs posting on the internet as we do not see any interact with you or your rep over this issue
