  We employed Trust Build to install two sets of French doors in our home, one on the lower level and one on the upper level. During the process we dealt with **** the salesman, **** the manager and **** and **** the installers. They were all fantastic and went out of their way to ensure that we were totally happy with the service and product their company provides. Due to their positive and professional approach to our requests we had very high expectations. We have to say they exceeded our expectations in every respect. **** and **** were amazing, they are perfectionists. We expected the installation to meet the standard of our current sliding patio doors with regard to the trim and cosmetic appearance however, once again they exceeded our expectations and upgraded the visual appearance of the whole entry and exit aspects of our home. Their dedication to their trade was amazing, and I understand why the company uses the word Trust in their business title.
  Trust Build were fantastic and the total cost of the installation and the doors was very reasonable. We have already recommended this company to our neighbours.

  I had all eight windows and two patio doors replaced by Trust Build Windows and Doors. I have had a great experience. Replacing windows and doors is a massive undertaking, but all involved, from sales to installation, and to management and owners, were very professional, friendly, and gracious. I am very fortunate to have called Trust Build Windows and Doors. I will be starting my next project with this company, very soon. They have people on their team that really care about people and that, sometimes, is hard to come by.

  We recently had Trust Build Windows and Doors replace all our windows and patio door. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. ***** patiently listened to our needs, offering honest recommendations on design and window types. **** and the team arrived as scheduled and worked with impressive professionalism. Trust Build also replaced our front door to a fiber glass one as well as the garage door and we love them - they are both sturdy and elegant.   I had all my windows and doors done last May and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Trust Build Windows and Doors. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, quality workmanship, and true attention to detail.
  Slava completed the entire installation in just one day, which was impressive considering the level of precision and care that went into every part of the job. His workmanship was top notch clean, efficient, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in what they do.
  Equally commendable was the customer service from Alex and Iliya. From our first conversation, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail of the project. They made sure all my questions were answered and took the time to ensure everything was done exactly to my expectations and beyond.
  The windows and doors themselves are of excellent quality, and the installation has already made a noticeable difference in both appearance and comfort in the home.   **** and his crew installed two patio doors and three windows for me in one day. The quality of the installation was excellent ** * *** ********** ******** * ******** **** ******* ******* **** *** * ******** **** They were professional And pointed out a couple of things in my older home that we would need to fix after the installation that I was thankful to learn about only because the old windows were removed and made it available to see. *** ***** ******* *** *** **** **** ** **** Everything was covered up so that any dust or debris was picked up and if there was any left over they quickly and efficiently cleaned up. Whatever was needed to be. The windows work great, they are open with no divisions and I am loving the view ** ******** ******** without any bars in the middle of the window. If you're considering getting work done, please give them a call because you will be extremely happy that you did. Thanks to **** and his crew!

  Right from the 1st phone I was impressed. Trust Build offed to come to my house with 3 laptops to help inform me about Energy Star ratings. I had already contacted 7 other companies, none offered to come to our house. They brought ********* samples. Their build and installation were very high quality. And the best price!   I recently hired Trust Build Windows and Doors for a full window and patio door replacement project at my home, involving over 25 windows—a significant undertaking by any standard. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations.
  They were reasonably priced and offered a great incentive by upgrading my windows to triple-pane glass at no extra cost. The process—from the initial quote and scheduling to installation and final documentation—was well-organized and hassle-free.
  One of the highlights was how they handled a non-compliant window on my main floor that needed removal. Not only did they take care of the removal, but they also seamlessly completed the masonry work. The final result was so precise that you wouldn't even know a window was there before—truly remarkable craftsmanship.
  I want to commend ****, the lead installer on this project especially. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and time management were exceptional. Though the project was initially estimated to take over 3 days, **** and his team went above and beyond, working extended hours to finish everything in just 2 days, even while dealing with challenging weather.
