I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish with EcoTech. We have an older house in South Etobicoke and Chris was very helpful with the design and what installation method would be best for our house. Andriy and his team worked very hard despite the pouring rain in the afternoon and did an amazing job! Volodomyr (their Mason) corrected the brick above the patio door opening and installed a proper stone sill below since the previous owner's contractor did a terrible job cutting the wall out before. Overall, the windows have transformed our home and we are extremely happy with the result! I highly recommend EcoTech for the work they do.Review from seton

** *** **** **** **** ******* **** ****. They installed Windows for the whole house two windows in the living room they cut out the header because the windows were too big. Upstairs window is cracked now because they put it in too tight. Manufacturer warranty is a year they do not want to change the window or fix the two windows that were properly installed. They want to charge another $1,000 to change the glass that is cracked that is pathetic.

Chris at Ecotech was a pleasure to deal with and made this big purchase for us an easy decision. He is knowledgable, didn't pressure us, answered all our questions and demonstrated the product quality. He even followed up after the install to ensure we had no concerns - over all very professional. The installation team of Vitaliy and his crew of 5 were incredible installers! They were on time, friendly, very clean and focused on the job. They prepared all the spaces, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves and were considerate of our property. After the install, Vitaliy walked us around for a quality check and to show us how the windows worked. We had 19 windows retrofitted and are so happy with the results and the entire experience from the consultation through to the install. Highly reccomend!!Review from Jay R

The team and manager Lead, *** were excellent. We did have an issue with the wrong colour trim for one of the exterior windows-a mistake by the company-not the installers! I'll update later how/when this issue was resolved. Overall, the "workers" were polite, efficient and worked hard! I was however disappointment with the size of the window locking mechanisms (bulky ) and all the screen are on the outside. Key questions I should have asked sales. The kitchen window is hard to reach over the counter (I'm 5'3) so I need to use a spatula to unlock the top locking mechanism. Another key question I should have asked during the sales meeting. We took 5 quotes before deciding on Eco-tech. Each meeting was about 1.5- 2hours. Do your homework, ask the right questions -should you choose Eco-Tech ask for the A team! That is what they're called and their work reflects this. We fed them pizza, supplied drinks and made them as comfortable as possible in the heat. They were very appreciative- makes me wonder if other "consumers" don't do this- if you have the means- do it! This team earned it and more!Review from Kathleen S

So let me begin by saying my first in So let me begin by saying my first interaction with the sales rep Felix was pleasant, great personality and had us sold within 2hrs. However, about 2 days later when I started to panic about the choice of Color, I called the office in which the ladies were both great in customer service took my inquiry and said they would Share with the manager/owner. My inquiry was to see if they had a program showing a picture of our home with the new colour of window we just spent north of $50k on…they replied taking my feedback and they don’t have a program. We followed up with Felix when he returned from vacation sharing my concerns and feedback at which time we went back and forth - fast forward, they installed 27 windows in one day- Vitale and crew were fast, friendly and amazing,they had an amazing system going. Did I hear back from anyone since my last phone call, Not At All. We’ll I guess I’m a transaction after all. Not nice after all the $$$ spent. Will only recommend Vitale and crew. Thanks for making my entire window experience a positive one. 5 Stars for office ladies, Vitale ans crew. Overall not sure but will leave a 3Review from Shawn G

Two of the windows I had installed were smaller than what we had originally discussed this was not communicated to me and they installed the windows in the old window frame which is rotten and not insulated I contacted them about this right away and got nothing but run around in the end they refused to make this right I have two other quotes both showing the same measurements as what we originally agreed to I am very disappointed and will be pursuing all legal avenuesReview from Phil M

I am writing this review a day after our install. We worked with Steve the salesman who was great. We were told end of August for window installation (from June) but due to some rescheduling with the measurements we ended up having them installed October 10th (only a month and a half later so not bad at all) the install team was great. We had the "soccer team" come out who did a great job. They were all very professional and polite. Start to finish our windows and front door were installed in 6 hours. They gave us the walk through and made sure we tested everything. The finish was great. We're very happy. Make sure you request the "soccer team" as your installers if possible!
