Cornwall Police vs Richard Dumais, operating as Stone Craft Masonry
On September 2nd, 2021, Richard Dumais, owner/operator of Stone Craft Masonry, was arrested and charged with 36 counts of fraud under $5000 and 7 counts of utter forged documents. It is alleged between March 2021 and July 2021, Richard Dumais defrauded customers and a joint investigation ensued involving the Cornwall Police Service and the OPP. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on November 16th, 2021.
