At the beginning of January 2022 i was ******* by the Autoloans company into purchasing a vehicle under my partner’s name. I was convinced that i wouldn’t be able to obtain a vehicle under my own name because of my credit and that it would be easier putting the vehicle under my partner’s name since we live together. I was advised at the time that the process of transferring ownership of the vehicle and its loan to my name would be easy and that i would only have to contact the company after the purchase was completed and i would simply go to ******* ******* for the ownership transfer. Now a year after, i was told that in order to transfer the loan to my name i would have to apply for the loan and that since the loan is under my partner’s name it practically means that she is fully responsible for a debt i originally applied for, but i was ******* into putting under my partner’s name! Now my partner’s credit is affected and she is unable to purchase a vehicle of her own due to this situation! **** ****** ** ******* ****** *** ** ******* ****** *** ** ********* *** ***** ******* **** ***** ************ I take full responsibility of the loan and i am not looking for an escape, i still make payments on time but we are looking to have the loan and ownership transferred to my name as the company had promised. This was a way for them to quickly sale me a vehicle and in the process i was ******* by the salesperson into billing my partner’s name instead and i was promised the transfer of ownership and loan would be handled by the company.
