      Absolutely horrible customer service. They take a few days to even submit orders to a courier and use ******, ***** ** * ****** ******* ********* ******* *** ********* If Well cared about their customers, they wouldn’t use them. Courier was given notes (and acknowledged them) that item needed to be delivered by 4:30pm. Of course they didn’t. Said it would go out the next day and didn’t. ****** **** **** *** * ***** ***** ***** I had contacted Well.ca several times for their help. Finally asked them to cancel the order and requested a refund. Of course, no response from Well. ******* *** ***** ***** ***** **** ** ***** * **** ** ******* *** ******* * Well.ca takes no responsibility or action to rectify this problem. I will not be back *** **** ** **** ** ***** *** ********** **** *** ****** *** ***** *********** *** **** ***** ********* ******* *** ***** ** ****** *** *** ****** ** **** * ****** ******** **** **** ********
