Had **** Kerr Roofing over for a quote for my roof. Along with two other companies. I chose Kerr’s. I have had nothing but problems. Flashing lifts everytime there is a wind storm. Called Kerr’s to repair. I waited and waited. Recalled could not leave message as inbox full. Finally the guy came over put a few screws into my home to hold flashing down. The screws did not hold I recalled again and again and did talk to Owner and was spoken to rudely. I stopped trying with the company because he lies and makes promises he doesn’t keep. Had someone come over and screw down the flashing before winter so ice wouldn’t build up. At my cost! Next summer had someone in the roofing business take a look at my roof and he found two spots where patches were needed. He did this for me at no cost but also informed me that the roof was really done incorrectly and I will have ongoing issues. It needs to be redone. My insurance company was originally the ones who wanted this done 5 years ago. Can you help in resolution? You are welcome to come and take a look. What I would like to happen is for Kerr’s to provide any and all roofing product for free and the man who patched the original job to lay the replacement roof! Thanks
