Purchased a 2021 Bayliner VR5 last March/April of 2021 for approximately $70,000. I had bought new specifically knowing it would come with some kind of warranty, I’ve had a couple of issues with the boat, access plate under swim platform had fallen off last season during use (must not have been secured properly and the swim platform was taking on water causing the boat to not perform as expected. The Ext LED under the swim platform never worked on the starboard side, and there were 3 decal defects . I’ve tried on numerous occasions to reach the town and country marine over the last several months, only to be pushed away by the lack of customer service. I’ve escalated to the manufacturer who have also had no success to come up with a solution to have these items mentioned corrected which all fall under warranty. Have tried with other dealers of Bayliner to fulfill these issues and no dealer will correct as I didn’t buy the boat from them, which had pushed the manufacturer back to the selling dealer town and country marine, and the manufacturer still can’t get the dealer correct these issues under the warranty that supposedly came with the boat in a timely manner. I’ve been trying to have this rectified since July 2021, and still have had no success.
