ON december 19, 2024, I have placed an online order for two items, a pair of short and a hoodie and paid 88$ for express 3-4 business days shipping. Till this date, I have not received the order and have emailed the company twice, but no reply. Additionally, when I try to track my order on their website, the last update say that the order is ready on December 23rd, 2024.Also, on January 3rd, I was charged ***** $ for VIP ***************Initial Complaint

On October 8, 2024 I ordered some items that my son wanted from this company. They require you to sign up for a membership to place a order. This is a $60 a month membership. I went through with the order thinking I would just cancel the membership right away, no big deal. I couldn't cancel the membership because my new account wasn't showing up and I was not able to log in to cancel the membership. After days of trying I forget to keep checking and sure enough I'm charged $60 later in October and still have not received an item. I contacted the company within minutes of being charged receiving a auto response email and it has been over a month with no reply. My order was $120.75 plus the $60 membership fee, this company has gotten $180.75 from me. After a while I finally receive 1 pair of shorts from my order. Another shipment arrives missing two of the items that the delivery shows should be included. I'm trying to do a return and refund request for the items that I did receive just to get any money back and their site will only allow you to select to return one item then wait on them to approve it. There are two missing items and one item that still hasn't even shipped. I don't want any of the items at this point. I would not recommend this company and more people need to know that they are not in the consumer business and will take your money leaving your frustrated and with regrets you ever trusted them.Initial Complaint

My son begged me to order a pair of shirts for him from this company. I places the order on 7/10/24 and it was to be delivered within 3-4 days. I received the confirmation email (order ********) and that was the end of the communication about this order. I have emailed them 4 times asking for an update. The automatic reply says they will get back to me within 24 hours but its been 10 days with no response. Im beginning to think this is not a legitimate business and weve been scammed.Initial Complaint

Regarding order #********.I made a clothing purchase on May 1, 2024 in the amount of ***** and also paid for shipping protection. I received an email on May 2, 2024 stating my order had been shipped with tracking number LA499908418CA. The tracking number never worked. I still have not received my order. I have sent five emails to the email provided on the company website to request a cancellation of my membership and a refund of membership fees. Each time, I receive an automated reply stating the company will be in contact within 24 hours and to date, I have not had any reply from the company. I have also messaged them on their instagram account, also with no reply. There is no answer at the phone number provided for the company. Each month, the company is deducting $10 from my bank account. I no longer want to keep my membership and can not get ahold of anyone at the company to cancel my membership. Because of this, I am requesting a refund of the membership fees I have paid to date.Initial Complaint

Purchased clothing from this company early January ****, its now been a month and nothing has shown up. I requested assistance from customer support but was told once its given to the carrier it wa out of their hands, so i contacted the carrier and they told me there was a technical issue and that since im in ***************** that FKN Rich had to contact them to get it figured out and that there was nothing they could do either.
