      My son begged me to order a pair of shirts for him from this company. I places the order on 7/10/24 and it was to be delivered within 3-4 days. I received the confirmation email (order ********) and that was the end of the communication about this order. I have emailed them 4 times asking for an update. The automatic reply says they will get back to me within 24 hours but its been 10 days with no response. Im beginning to think this is not a legitimate business and weve been scammed.

      Regarding order #********.I made a clothing purchase on May 1, 2024 in the amount of ***** and also paid for shipping protection. I received an email on May 2, 2024 stating my order had been shipped with tracking number LA499908418CA. The tracking number never worked. I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company three times regarding my order but still have not gotten a response. I would like a full refund.

      I have sent five emails to the email provided on the company website to request a cancellation of my membership and a refund of membership fees. Each time, I receive an automated reply stating the company will be in contact within 24 hours and to date, I have not had any reply from the company. I have also messaged them on their instagram account, also with no reply. There is no answer at the phone number provided for the company. Each month, the company is deducting $10 from my bank account. I no longer want to keep my membership and can not get ahold of anyone at the company to cancel my membership. Because of this, I am requesting a refund of the membership fees I have paid to date.

      Purchased clothing from this company early January ****, its now been a month and nothing has shown up. I requested assistance from customer support but was told once its given to the carrier it wa out of their hands, so i contacted the carrier and they told me there was a technical issue and that since im in ***************** that FKN Rich had to contact them to get it figured out and that there was nothing they could do either. Ive told customer support multiple times that and they offer no help
