1 starOrdered 3 different women's rings, never received, they have there money, I've called numerous times, supposedly sending replacement rings, I don't have those either, they still have my money, I have no refunds either Most incompetent company, they are thievesReview fromChristine F

1 starPurchased a Peanuts calendar, I did not understand this was a collection which means it ships in pieces, and you are billed each time it is shipped. I was under the impression this would be a one time billing of $75.42, which seemed appropriate for the calendar. Instead I received 2 pieces for $75 and realized I would be getting 6 more shipments for a total of $527.94 !!!! for ******************************************************************* tiles!! I called immediately to cancel and asked if I could return the item for a credit; I was told to keep the item, they would credit my bank account and they would cancel the order and further "collection items" from being billed and shipped. 2 days after they attempted to bill my account so I had to call and told them it was supposed to be a credit; they apologized and gave me a credit 2-3 days after that. 4 days later my bank account was charged $75.42 AGAIN!! I called and spoke to a *** I couldn't understand and was transferred, told they shipped the 2nd pieces and charged me, apologized as they see it should be cancelled. Told me since the 2nd shipment was enroute I would need to dispute in with my bank. I said absolutely not, this is the fault of BE and needs to be corrected. After much back and forth, including the Manager speaking to me condescending and later in our RECORDED CONVERSATION denying my initial phone call which she had literally spoken about at the start stating their CSR made a mistake and didn't cancel the collection order; she finally said she would credit my bank account, send me an email with a confirmation and a return shipping label. I still have not received an email from them hours later and at this point I have had to file a dispute at my bank and my bank suggested canceling my debit card and issued me a new one. Absolutely Ridiculous!!Easily the most deceptive way to sell people merchandise and steal money! This company should be not be allowed to sell based on all these reviews.Review fromLaurina K

1 starVery disappointed I paid $75 for the perpetual calendar for Star Wars for my grandson's birthday for ************ I got two pieces of the calendar instead of all the pieces and no calendar they won't answer their phones they put you on hold and they never call you back and now I've sent an email and you just still don't get no answerReview fromBryan B

1 starBought a ring for my Wife for Valentine’s day. The ring looked great. My wife could only wear it on weekends because of her work. 3 months later the stone fell out and is missing, E mailed customer service and no response. I would not recommend the Bradford Exchange if my life depended on it. Had no problem taking my money but not the curtesy of contacting me back. Very Bad customer service!Review fromDrew C

1 starIn August 2023 I ordered an RCMP wallet and an RCMP watch. I received the watch on time , however it wouldnt keep time. i sent it back for a replacement. I received the replacement watch in about a month. it also wouldnt keep time so i sent it back for a refund. Its been two months and they deny receiving the second watch even though Canada post says it was delivered. Now the wallet ! I called to check when i could expect it. they said December 19th. Didnt arrive, I called again. They said January 24th, Didnt arrive. I called again. They said sometime in march. thats eight months after i ordered it. if it shows up.Review fromJohn A

1 starI bought an item as a gift. But apparently it was part of a ‘collection’ and so then a month later they charged me again for a second item. They did not send me another invoice and there was no indication at the time of the original purchase that they would be charging me in the future or sending me subsequent items. This feels extremely dishonest and predatory. They’ve said that once I receive this 2nd item I will be able to return it for a refund. We shall see.Review fromLori K

1 starI purchased a lovely item from the Bradford Exchange, however they sold my address to charities and I have been bombarded with mailings because of this. I called the Bradford Exchange and they said that they did sell my information. I asked if I accidentally agreed to this and they said "no, it's just what they do automatically". This is disgusting and a breach of trust. I will not buy anything from them again because of this. I highly recommend you do the same.Review fromLaura D

1 star1 Star. Ordered ring from Bradford Exchange January 24, 2023 and charged to credit card. Received ring on Jan 27, 2023. Called customer service on Jan 27, 2023 to return ring. Ring looked cheap and resized as if someone had it before. Returned ring by Canada post Jan 28, 2023. Canada post track # stated ring delivered on wed Jan 31, 2023. I have sent 2 emails to ask about refund. Customer service emails stated did not receive ring. I called 3 times and recording stated customer service busy with customers to push 1 and call will be returned in sequence. The calls come to my number and when I pick up the phone there is a dial tone. I called again today to talk to customer service to ask them about my refund. He said he didn't understand and he would look into it. Put me on hold. Stated that they did not receive ring. I asked the man on phone where is the customer service located he went silent. I said hello, hello. He hung up on me. I did not want to write this review but since I am not getting good customer service I wanted to let people be aware of this company. 1 starDISHONEST COMPANY! It is now twenty-eight days business since Bradford Exchange signed for the two coins I returned; one being a coin along with a coin box I never ordered in the first place. To date, my account is not showing any record of a refund, nor has my credit card received a credit from The Bradford Exchange. Bradford Exchange Return Item Policy stating account will be credited with 2-3 weeks. 1 star**** ******* ** * ****. They sell you products and ship them to you; however, they keep sending you the "series." Please note I did not think I was ordering a "subscription" with both items I purchased. The 1st time it happened, I kept the product and paid for it ($100 total above what I initially thought I was ordering). I had to call to cancel the subscription, which meant waiting on hold. Today I noticed a new charge on my Credit Card. Also, no email from Bradford Exchange to say they shipped me a product, just a charge to my credit card. This time, I am disputing the charge with my credit card, I will return the package to the sender, and I have emailed Bradford Exchange to remove me from all subscriptions and to never sell to me again. BTW - their customer service is only Monday - Friday (of course, they sell products to customers and are only open during weekdays???) Sorry, it is upsetting that I have yet to deal with this again. I warn people to find a different vendor to order from. I do not recommend doing business with the Bradford Exchange.
