      Bought a ring for my Wife for Valentine’s day. The ring looked great. My wife could only wear it on weekends because of her work. 3 months later the stone fell out and is missing, E mailed customer service and no response. I would not recommend the Bradford Exchange if my life depended on it. Had no problem taking my money but not the curtesy of contacting me back. Very Bad customer service!

      In August 2023 I ordered an RCMP wallet and an RCMP watch. I received the watch on time , however it wouldnt keep time. i sent it back for a replacement. I received the replacement watch in about a month. it also wouldnt keep time so i sent it back for a refund. Its been two months and they deny receiving the second watch even though Canada post says it was delivered. Now the wallet ! I called to check when i could expect it. they said December 19th. Didnt arrive, I called again. They said January 24th, Didnt arrive. I called again. They said sometime in march. thats eight months after i ordered it. if it shows up.

      I bought an item as a gift. But apparently it was part of a ‘collection’ and so then a month later they charged me again for a second item. They did not send me another invoice and there was no indication at the time of the original purchase that they would be charging me in the future or sending me subsequent items. This feels extremely dishonest and predatory. They’ve said that once I receive this 2nd item I will be able to return it for a refund. We shall see.

      I purchased a lovely item from the Bradford Exchange, however they sold my address to charities and I have been bombarded with mailings because of this. I called the Bradford Exchange and they said that they did sell my information. I asked if I accidentally agreed to this and they said "no, it's just what they do automatically". This is disgusting and a breach of trust. I will not buy anything from them again because of this. I highly recommend you do the same.

      1 Star. Ordered ring from Bradford Exchange January 24, 2023 and charged to credit card. Received ring on Jan 27, 2023. Called customer service on Jan 27, 2023 to return ring. Ring looked cheap and resized as if someone had it before. Returned ring by Canada post Jan 28, 2023. Canada post track # stated ring delivered on wed Jan 31, 2023. I have sent 2 emails to ask about refund. Customer service emails stated did not receive ring. I called 3 times and recording stated customer service busy with customers to push 1 and call will be returned in sequence. The calls come to my number and when I pick up the phone there is a dial tone. I called again today to talk to customer service to ask them about my refund. He said he didn't understand and he would look into it. Put me on hold. Stated that they did not receive ring. I asked the man on phone where is the customer service located he went silent. I said hello, hello. He hung up on me. I did not want to write this review but since I am not getting good customer service I wanted to let people be aware of this company. All I want is my refund $211.29 Durante I Love you ring. Very disappointed with the way this company treats customers

      DISHONEST COMPANY! It is now twenty-eight days business since Bradford Exchange signed for the two coins I returned; one being a coin along with a coin box I never ordered in the first place. To date, my account is not showing any record of a refund, nor has my credit card received a credit from The Bradford Exchange. Bradford Exchange Return Item Policy stating account will be credited with 2-3 weeks.       **** ******* ** * ****. They sell you products and ship them to you; however, they keep sending you the "series." Please note I did not think I was ordering a "subscription" with both items I purchased. The 1st time it happened, I kept the product and paid for it ($100 total above what I initially thought I was ordering). I had to call to cancel the subscription, which meant waiting on hold. Today I noticed a new charge on my Credit Card. Also, no email from Bradford Exchange to say they shipped me a product, just a charge to my credit card. This time, I am disputing the charge with my credit card, I will return the package to the sender, and I have emailed Bradford Exchange to remove me from all subscriptions and to never sell to me again. BTW - their customer service is only Monday - Friday (of course, they sell products to customers and are only open during weekdays???) Sorry, it is upsetting that I have yet to deal with this again. I warn people to find a different vendor to order from. I do not recommend doing business with the Bradford Exchange.

      Every item on their website is a rendering created by an artist NOT WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING. In total I have purchased 5 baby dolls. The first 2 looked nothing like the rendering posted, the 3rd I would have kept but her armatures were broken and the 4th looked nothing like the rendering again. I am new to doll collecting and didn't know you had to research the doll on YouTube to actually find out what the doll really looks like. Usually nothing like what is on their website. ** ** ******* ** ****** ** ******* ********* ** **** *** **** ****** **** *** ******* They are basically showing you a product you will not receive. They only show renderings of their products none of them are the actual products. Recently my mom wanted the 5th doll a $300 doll. She is the cutest thing and my mom wanted to keep her. Today my mom noticed that the doll has a rip on the inside of the arm she will be going back sadly. Coincidentally I was warned that BE's silicone rips easily. AND waiting for returns is rather painful. They take almost a month which is unheard of in 2022. My mom returned the bassinet that was ordered as it was horrible quality and not worth the price and I am still waiting on the refund. When you email customer service they never actually answer your inquiry they reply with a scripted email. You will never accomplish anything with this company. I have lost over $100 is postage fees that are non-refundable. DO NOT BOTHER BUY FROM THEM.

      I have ordered two of the same item from The Bradford Exchange, they both came as not what I would call acceptable, in fact, garbage. I was hoping that the replacement would have been better, but, NO. Neither one was anything like the image they portray on their web page, NOTHING LIKE. Looks like a 2 year old painted it. I will never buy from them again. They have promised a refund, but I am not holding my breath.

      Given the response I have received from The Bradford Exchange, I do not think they can OR WILL make anything right. These items are produced in China, ********************************************', Bradford exchange have no or little control what goes on there hence the quality, or lack thereof, of the products. If only The Bradford Exchange would take the time to inspect these items before shipping them out to their 'Beloved' customers', they would think again. Sorry, but until that happens, I will not even consider buying from them again.

      Please find attached images of the item I received, and compare that item to the top left image I have attached above, as shown on your web page, as you will, hopefully agree, looks nothing like that which I received. I did, in hope upon hope, order a replacement, however, that item also, was no better than the first.
