    Do not order anything from this company. They keep billing you for things that you didnt order. There even is a group on ******** People Scammed by *****************. It is nothing but people sharing their terrible experience with this company, and they all say the same thing. They were scammed. Whatever you do, do not order anything from this scam of a company.

    I recently ordered ********** needs a cuddle from the Ashton-Drake website for my daughter who used her own Christmas/birthday money to purchase two dolls from the site. We paid $10 shipping for each doll which I think is a little ridiculous in itself considering one doll was $110 and the other $130, shipping should have been free and on top of paying that for shipping the dolls arrived 5 days later than what they were supposed to. After ordering I received an email confirmation with a receipt and noticed that there was a $25 service fee tacked on to everything that wasnt there when I checked out and didnt state what the service fee was even for. But thats all besides the point upon receiving the first **** ********** needs a cuddle and removing her from the box we noticed that her hair was falling out in clumps not even 2 minutes out of the box. I emailed the company about the issue stating I would like to return the item which should be no issue because the website lists a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied however the company will not respond to any of my emails and now my daughter is stuck with a doll that will not even have any hair soon most likely and out of her own $120. I highly recommend no one order from this company. A total scam and not worth the price tag!

    I ordered ONE ornament. I was billed for ONE ornament. Great! Then I was charged two additional times for ornaments I did NOT order. I never signed up for any type of subscription. I tried calling....on hold for over an hour or it says they are closed and to call another day. I sent 4 emails asking for assistance. Nope....crickets....nothing. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the card and ban this horrible company from charging FRAUDULENT charges to my card. Now watch...I will get an automated response from Ashton Drake saying to email customer_inquiry@ ********** . I have done that.....NO RESPONSE. How sad is it in today's society, the average consumer gets taken advantage of by a business that looks legit but isnt. This is just pathetic.

    What a complete joke, ordered a doll for my daughter, i paid for the 2 day shipping. After i ordered on july 12th, my estimated delivery time went from july 14th to july 17th, which is way over the 2 days i paid for. Decided to check again and now it's claiming it will be shipped out on september 9th. 2 months, which is ********. Why did i pay for 2 day shipping if it is gonna come in 2 months

    I returned a baby and I called customer service and told them to stop charging my card because I already returned it but this is now the 3rd month of me being charged $47!! This has caused me to go negative in my account and I am very upset please refund my money I didn't even have her more than 3 weeks before I returned. I got the Nevaeh baby doll and returned because her hair was very patchy.

    I received three items but was charged for four items. After sending numerous emails and billing statements they said they were unable to refund my money. The information was available on their website for me to review so I know they can see it as well! I will never order from here again!

    Very worth what you pay for. My daughter is special needs and may never be able to have kids so I ventured out to see what I could do. After doing my research I purchased the Lil Rascals realborn baby. He is Amazing. My daughter named him Beckett James. She just melted and has been so happy taking care of him. People told.me they actually thought it was a real baby.

    I need to return the Ashton Drake doll. Unfortunately I am totally dissatisfied with the purchase. I would like to return it and get a complete refund. I took it out of the box and immediately put it back in the box. Will you be sending me a return shipping label. Please respond to my email

    Products were as advertised, *** **** ** * ***** ********. Online they make it very unclear what the actual cost of the product is, how much you'll be signing up for, and that they're signing you up to pay in monthly installments. What I thought was a one-type purchase ended up being a whole collection that cost me hundreds of dollars despite my attempt to cancel. I called in Sept./Oct. of 2021 to find out why I was being charged multiple times, and they explained the collection. I then tried to cancel the collection, and the customer service person told me they'd cancelled my subscription to the collection. Except, I kept getting charged and sent products through April 2022. By the time I called to cancel, there were only two *advertised* products left in the collection, and I did like the product, so instead of dealing with an ineffective customer service agent, I figured I'd just wait it out. But instead of two more products, there were four more. At the time I was so bogged down with work and planning for my wedding that I just waited for it to stop, praying it wouldn't take too long, and in April 2022, the payments finally did stop...until Jan. 2023. Out of nowhere I get another charge. So I call the customer service today to find out about the charge and they tell me it was for a backordered product. I asked and they tell me that last time I called, despite me requesting a subscription cancellation, my subscription "wasn't fully cancelled." I asked them what that meant, and they said it meant the previous customer service agent messed up. So now I'm down hundreds of dollars for products I didn't want, all because their customer service agent sucked. I'd like a refund for every charge made after the call I made to cancel, but what's the point? Even after all this, the company wanted me to send back the product to get a refund for the current charge. They wouldn't even comp that. Terrible experience.

    I would give zero stars but not an option. ***** ****** *** *** ****** ****** they run contest and don’t post rules then disqualify people who are winning. Isn’t a honest business I would not give them a dime of my money. ********* ******* ******.
