What a complete joke, ordered a doll for my daughter, i paid for the 2 day shipping. After i ordered on july 12th, my estimated delivery time went from july 14th to july 17th, which is way over the 2 days i paid for. Decided to check again and now it's claiming it will be shipped out on september 9th. 2 months, which is ********. Why did i pay for 2 day shipping if it is gonna come in 2 monthsReview from Bianca M

I returned a baby and I called customer service and told them to stop charging my card because I already returned it but this is now the 3rd month of me being charged $47!! This has caused me to go negative in my account and I am very upset please refund my money I didn't even have her more than 3 weeks before I returned. I got the Nevaeh baby doll and returned because her hair was very patchy.Review from Gracie D

I received three items but was charged for four items. After sending numerous emails and billing statements they said they were unable to refund my money. The information was available on their website for me to review so I know they can see it as well! I will never order from here again!Review from Alicia F

Very worth what you pay for. My daughter is special needs and may never be able to have kids so I ventured out to see what I could do. After doing my research I purchased the Lil Rascals realborn baby. He is Amazing. My daughter named him Beckett James. She just melted and has been so happy taking care of him. I need to return the Ashton Drake doll. Unfortunately I am totally dissatisfied with the purchase. I would like to return it and get a complete refund. Products were as advertised, *** **** ** * ***** ********. Online they make it very unclear what the actual cost of the product is, how much you'll be signing up for, and that they're signing you up to pay in monthly installments. What I thought was a one-type purchase ended up being a whole collection that cost me hundreds of dollars despite my attempt to cancel. I called in Sept./Oct. of 2021 to find out why I was being charged multiple times, and they explained the collection. I then tried to cancel the collection, and the customer service person told me they'd cancelled my subscription to the collection. Except, I kept getting charged and sent products through April 2022. By the time I called to cancel, there were only two *advertised* products left in the collection, and I did like the product, so instead of dealing with an ineffective customer service agent, I figured I'd just wait it out. But instead of two more products, there were four more. At the time I was so bogged down with work and planning for my wedding that I just waited for it to stop, praying it wouldn't take too long, and in April 2022, the payments finally did stop...until Jan. 2023. Out of nowhere I get another charge. So I call the customer service today to find out about the charge and they tell me it was for a backordered product. I asked and they tell me that last time I called, despite me requesting a subscription cancellation, my subscription "wasn't fully cancelled." I asked them what that meant, and they said it meant the previous customer service agent messed up. So now I'm down hundreds of dollars for products I didn't want, all because their customer service agent sucked. I'd like a refund for every charge made after the call I made to cancel, but what's the point? Even after all this, the company wanted me to send back the product to get a refund for the current charge. They wouldn't even comp that. Terrible experience.Review from Kristi W

Two years ago, I purchased an Ashton Drake doll for my 13 year old daughter. This doll spent most time in its crib because it is very delicate. My daughter wasn't even allowed to brush the doll hair because with every stroke of the brush stands of hair came out. Ashton you failed to advise buyers that your dolls are very delicate, not kids friendly, and sensitive to climate change. My daughter woke up one day and found her doll with a torn wrist and knee: of which the doll hand torn off completely. I reached out to Ashton Drake to see if they provide repair service for the doll, like American Girl Doll and I was told "No... I'm sorry the doll was out of a lifetime warranty". HUH! The Rep also stated that the lifetime warranty is something I had to purchase at the time when the doll was purchased. WHAT! I thought lifetime warranty is a written guarantee that the product will last a lifetime. Especially a doll for kids! Not in Ashton Drake's case. I also ask the Rep if she can you refer me to an affiliating doll repair company and boy-oh-boy did she refer me. The Rep referred me to ****** ******** which is a clothing shop and **** * ******* **** retail store. Thank you very much Ashton Drake you taught me a very big less this lifetime. I purchased the doll with the intent to pass it down to among siblings or my grandchildren one day. I don't know what tainted my thoughts and led me to believe that more ($$$) is better! My grandmother always told me if it's not broke, don't fix it... ****** here I come and I promise you with a little TLC that ****** doll will be passed on generations to come.Review from Holly W

I ordered a doll and outfit November 25, 2020. It was $216.10 so to my knowledge, I was signing up for a monthly payment plan. Fast forward to September 20, 2022, I notice that I am still being charged $14.95 every month. After calling and asking what is going on they inform me that I am apart of a rewards program. I have no recollection of signing up for any monthly plan. I believe once I signed up for a monthly payment plan, they automatically enrolled me in that. When I asked where my money was going to, he basically told me it was going to the company because he didn't see that I had used any rewards. Again, No clue how this happened. After going through all my emails to see when this happened, I noticed that they sent me emails twice a day, every day pushing sales but maybe one email with the subject line "Take advantage of your exclusive member benefits". In small font at the bottom it does state that my 30 day trial is ending and if I don't cancel then they will automatically charge my card. With the obscene amount of emails, it seems very strategic to throw one email out that isn't even clear about an apparent membership I was apart of. When I go to login to the website, it even states that I have no account. Although I have purchased from the company several times. So, how I am apparently registered for a rewards program is beyond me. After signing in to review my previous orders, it said I had no account and I had to register. Once I did that, I just kept getting this message "When you receive the e-mail, you're free to track your Order Status and enjoy all the other benefits of a Registered Client." Majority of websites will allow you to check your order without sighing in so again, seems sketchy. Please be cautious ordering from this company. Outside of the dolls being an obscene amount of money, I never recall signing up for a program. This company ****** ***** ***** *** hides behind a bogus "REWARDS PROGRAM".Review from Ryan M

Have emailed them many times over the course of months to stop charging my card. They charged incorrectly at first and now just randomly charge small amounts (literally no rhyme or reason).
