The agency contacted me through its agent, *******. He required a form of ID to follow through with the request for a debt repayment. I provided the information but I never received any response from the agency. There is a lack of communication and follow through with the agency. This company has consistently continued to ****** me, pull my credit report every single month with the latest pull being done July 5th 2024. Any debt that may have been with their office was added and discharged from bankruptcy as of April 2024. They have been made aware of this multiple yet by myself, my trustee and the original company the debt may have been with. Despite the fact they have no legal reason, authority or my permission, they keep pull my information to sell it to god knows who.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to call your customer service department, I have done that hundreds of times and you still continue to check my credits. I choose to pursue this route in order to have other documentation that you continue to violate the bankruptcy law and Quebec personal privacy law by checking my credit for a debt that has been discharged.whatever you have to say, you can say it here and itll be in the record. Furthermore if this fails to resolve the issue and another credit check is done by your company starting on August 1st 2024, I will be seeking all legal action available and a complaint with the province of *******

This company has put a false claim on my credit report of over $31,000. I have never heard of them nor dealt with them. The date on it is very recent with a reopened date within the last week.. I have never owned anything worth that kind of money, nor had anything on credit worth that amount of money either I see this seems to be common practice for this company.. making false reports to credit reporting companies and damaging people creditBusiness Response

on 06/02/2023 this company falsely reported a collectable debt on my credit report. This debt was originally from 2015 and was reported by the company that originally had the debt in 2018. This company is changing the date as well as increasing the amount by one dollar so that it looks different for the credit bureaus. This is illegal. When I spoke to them, they did confirm the original companyname, so I have proof that this is an old debt that can no longer be collected or reported. This company was unresponsive and simply kept transferring my call when I tried to get this resolved. They need to be looked into as I have seen other reports with similar stories on your site.Business Response

I had gone through a terrible credit period where I had to finally go into a consumer proposal in 2016. Several accounts were captured within my proposal and Canaccede had obtained 2 of my delinquent accounts. As such they submitted a collections report on my credit report for both accounts. I had reached out and stated this was covered in my consumer proposal and was told okay we will document it and once discharged will be removed from your collections. Finally I am fully discharged, building my credit back up, all collections had falled off and suddenly in May Canacceede put the exact same 2 accounts back into collections once again hitting my credit report for a second or third time. I reached out to Canacceede directly in June and was advised the debts were sold and to follow up with collection agencies. I did as advised and was told by both collection agencies "We already reported this as resolved by consumer proposal" yet... here we are... still on my report. I am using this as my next attempt to amicably remove these accounts from my credit report before I seek legal counsel against Canaccede. I would assume any judge would side that when its resolved in consumer proposal years ago you cannot come to re-claim debts and submit multiple hits on my credit report by being deceitful in which I was not even provided documentation or a phone call these would be hitting my credit report I just received an Equifax alert they were there. I ask for a resolution to remove these from my report. Any documentation of successful discharge from Consumer Proposal and all applicable legal documents sent to the companies can be provided,Business Response

Good evening. I have been trying for more than a year to resolve the issue with this company that is attempting to collect money from me without providing any proof that I owe them anything. The companies calling on behalf of Canaccede have repeatedly violated my rights. Ten months ago, I managed to get in touch with an agent at their headquarters, Shaunt Tokmakjan, in an attempt to clarify the situation. I do not recognize the amount of money and I do not owe this company any money. At my request for proof that I owe them something, they sent me an email with a forged contract witch I can provide to proof . At this moment, besides being harassed, my credit score is compromised, and I also have to deal with a situation that has already become criminal in nature. What else can I do, considering that I have over 20 emails clearly stating my desire for a resolution to this situation, but Canaccede believes it is legal to forge a contract, disregarding any legality? I'll attach one of the paper provided by Canaccede. I asked ****** **** if this document was issued by them, and the response was NO.
