I have reviewed the photos and researched the warranty, and based on that information we have, the pans are not covered under the warranty. It has been deemed that the pitting is from misuse and improper care. Pitting can be caused by undissolved salt sitting in the pan and can also be caused by improper care when cleaning. Metal utensils and metal scouring pads should not be used in them.
