I ordered 3 bottles of athlete vitamins from supplement source. When I received the bottles, one of them had no expiry date or lot number stamp. For something you consume, I would consider this a health issue. I contacted the company for an exchange, and they were of no help. I don't even know why they are selling bottles without a lot number, as if there's a recall this would be needed. I am looking for an exchange, not a refund. I should not have to pay for return shipping as this is not my fault or burden. I have attached pics of the bottles to this complaint. The order number is *******. Customer bought 3 bottles from clearance and although all sales from clearance are final as per the info on the page where the products were listed. It was very strange that the bottle had no lot # or expiry so despite our policy that all sales were final we told the customer we would refund, the customer then got extremely rude and demanded we re-ship a bottle rather than refund. (see attached from live chat) As the customer now was being totally unreasonable we simply fell back on our written policy of no refund on clearance items.
If you need additional info please reach out to us, There are 2 other 1 star reviews on your BBB website regarding us, both of which I know if we had a chance to explain you would remove them as well. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:you shipped me a bottle of pills with no expiry date or lot number, this is not only dangerous but also illegal. Yes, I want the bottle reshipped. I want what I paid for, I will not consume a bottle of pills with no expiry date or lot number stamp. If it's reshipped, you can include a prepaid label and I will send the defective bottle back. You can contact your supplier to investigate the issue of no lot number and expiry date stamp. Yes, it's strange there's no expiry date/lot number stamp. I'm offering to send it back so you can look into it. A refund is $10, I paid more in shipping to order these. Yes I got upset because your love agent asked me to take several pictures and then offered the $10 refund when I told them I'm looking to receive what I paid for, not a refund. Ever wonder why you gave the other two 1star ratings on BBB?

Are we able to resolve in an amicable manner? Do you have any suggestions? I have ordered 3x bottles of these from you twice in the past, with no issues. I ordered a late Christmas present for my son and they shipped it to my previous address, so wasting my time and money I went to talk to the current occupants and they received a key from Canada Post and there wasn’t any package in any mailbox now they won’t refund my moneyInitial Complaint

Hi there, i purchased 2 bottles of Progressive Omega Essentials 120 soft gels on, I specifically chose to pay extra to get the ones that are NOT expiring next month. I received my order on, threw away my box with the invoice in it since my products were all in the box. that same evening I took some of the Omegas and had a really bad stomach ache, I decided to check the Omega's since that was the only different thing I had ingested and I found out they sent me the wrong ones, they sent me the ones that are expiring next month. I contacted them to let them know they sent me the wrong ones, I would like to return these and get the ones I ordered. I got a response saying that if I didn't have my physical invoice, they can't do anything about it. after a lot of going back and forth with the manager Patty, with the only solution being to refund me the difference between the non-expired to expired ones (which i do not want because i do not want the expired ones) I am seeking your assistance, all I want is to send these back, get the ones I actually ordered, or a full refund as I did not pay for these nor do I feel comfortable taking them due to health concerns. I will attach the full email conversation so you can see how rude, unhelpful and unprofessional they are with their customers, as well as a photo of the close-to-expiry supplements they sent me and my actual electronic invoice/receipt that shows the ones I ordered. I placed a 350 order for supplements from this site and filled out the required information correctly which I also demonstrated while communicating with SS via email. Apparently I was sent an email after I sent my information that went straight to spam "something they would absolutely be aware of and had the ability to communicate if they so choose to. However they did not and i missed that they only entered 1 road into there system and yes that is correct somehow no one noticed there was no house number or intercepting road to actually create the address and apparently sent out my package but I dont even feel that's possible to ship to one road so it is my belief they waited for the time to expire and made it appear they sent the package and offered a refund minus the shipping costs there and back. I obviously complained and took a screen shot of there auto fill showing that I filled out the information correctly and that the error lies on there shoulders. I actually tried to at least get them to share the cost by adding a product to the order which they refused so i gave an honest review of my transaction. Not only did they use a troll with a name that made it blatantly obvious that it was an employee of SS @the_real_anote or something that I had to google it because I found it particularly odd someone of such stature they need to have an Instagram out ensuring there actually that person would troll my post and imply it was obviously my fault with literally 0 information I find literally nothing whatsoever on this mysterious person that doesn't exist. Its been nearly a week since the package was returned and i am still without a refund even thou there saying in customer complaint replies that I have been reimbursed. I feel im entitled to the entirety of my balance and fhere argument that there not responsible for me not catching there alteration is ridiculous as it is unprofessional. Could you pls help remedy this, i am also not the only personBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/02) */ Our policies are listed, we confirmed he provided the wrong address (confirmed by a confirmation sent out) our system does not change the address and there was no record to show the order was touched. The refunded amount remains the same, this was resolved. Nothing further will be done.
