            `In early July 2021, hired **** from Pipe Tech to detect swimming pool leak at $ 675 service call + $ 75 travel + $ 150/ hour after first two hours . He has already logged 12.5 hours (according to ****) and has yet to do basic tests (dye test, camera inspection, tracing and pressure testing of the lines to find the leak source. **** has neither given me any documents showing the tests done/findings ( in those 12.5 hours) nor, receipt for the payment. Any competent leak detector should have started with the basic tests and be able to find massive leak in 1-2 hours. **** advises me to change the liner by fall of 2022 and change the plumbing lines as they are destined to fail in next 12-15 years. This advise is not based on any findings and is pure speculation and not relevant to solve the present leak issue. In 12.5 hours, what did **** do ? Exploitation and dishonesty.             The owner was very detailed and accurate with his questions and possible solutions for a problem with a leaking pipe. He took his time to ascertain what the problem probably was and recommended a possible solution without his services being used, which leads me to believe he was willing to assist without financial remuneration. Now I would be very comfortable using his company if there is a problem that would not be remedied with the solution proposed. Would rank their help as 5 stars out of 5!
