    My car has been nothing but problems. I can't take it on the highway without the wheel shaking and they have changed the wheel bearings twice the first week of having the vehicle and the vehicle shouldn't of passed safety with the wheels and rims it has on it and I didn't know until now ****************** but they did what they could just to sell the vehicle I do not feel safe with this vehicle and I won't out of this contract and don't want to deal with this dealership again.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/26) */ Hi my name is Alia O***, I am the one who sold Marco D***** the 2016 ****** back in January/2021.he was so happy when he picked it up, he texted me 2 days after and told me the engine light came on and there is couple things I need the garage to check while the car is there ,I said no problem here is the garages phone number just call them and book an appointment and we will take care of that and I can go and pick up the car myself and drop it off to the garage and I did that . they fixed everything he asked for . 2 weeks after that he texted me again and he said there is a noise at the car, I said no problem just book an appointment and I will go and pick it up again and I did but this time he didn't leave me the key and he wont be able to drop it off because he is at work till the end of the day, I told him call and reschedule the appointment again and you have to take it there I already done it twice for him . he reschedule the appointment at the shop and he texted me the day off he cant take it there because he needs it for work that day. I told him just call and reschedule the appointment again and take it and they will fix wherever it needs and we will cover it, he dropped it off and they fix wherever it need it after that I haven't heard from him at all . last month he texted me asking about the money for his sticker I told him Service Ontario will mail you a cheque to your address for that. as a dealer we do everything to keep our customers happy and he is one of them ,I did the best I can he can not change his month after 6 month and say I don't want the car anymore, we aren't taking the car from him . thank you alia O*** Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) She still didn't answer the most important question and that was about my safety. This car should have not been safetied with the wheels and rims on the car that she sold me and I asked for a safety slip and she said that she can't give it to me after 2 months. This car shouldn't of even been sold in the first place because of the rims and tires. I've had the verified by a big dealership already. It is not a safe vehicle. And I was a very happy customer until I realized she faked the safety slip just to sell a vehicle. She really did everything she could but not only to make a customer happy but everything she could to also sell a vehicle and get it off her lot.
