I returned an item to this company that i bought through ******. The item was defective and did not work as advertised. They refunded my card minus a $40 restocking fee saying that they tested the item and it was in perfect working condition. They don’t say how it was tested or how they determined it was in perfect working condition. **** ******* ** * ******** ****. They also took over a week once they received the item to “test” it and refund a partial amount

I've ordered a CD, Cassette, Radio Boombox (BCA209B) from One Deal Outlet through **** *** Due to the very poor quality and design of this unit, I have decided to return it. My return request was approved by the seller, and I should've received an email containing a printable return shipping label (called a Return Merchandise Authorization) and further instructions on how to send the item back to the seller. However there weren't any attachments in their email, I tried to call their support phone number, but looks it wasn't activated, I don't have any way to contact them.

Absolutely abhorrent experience with this seller on ******. I purchased a motherboard from them which I thought would be compatible with my CPU due to a feature listed on the page called Q-Flash (a button which allows you to update the BIOS). This motherboard does not have this button and so I had no way of updating the BIOS without an older generation AMD CPU and so I had to return it. This is where everything went more sour than milk being left out in the hot sun in August. I had to first argue with them over customer support to provide a prepaid shipping label which after a short back and forth, they did provide. Once they received the item, they issued a refund, but this WAS NOT a full refund. Once again, I had to contact them asking why I didn't receive the amount back that I paid, and they went on to tell me that they charge a restocking fee due to the product not being defective (I learned later this was a 15% RESTOCKING FEE on a product that I hadn't even turned on). Obviously in this case, the product was not defective but if it wouldn't have been for their false advertising on the page, I would not have bought it in the first place. A back and forth later and after saying they would get me in contact with a manager and ignored me for ~1 week after, I contacted one last time in which they told me they weren't going to do anything about it. I was forced to go to ****** support directly in which as of today, they have helped me to file a claim to get my remaining money back. As of now, I have not yet received my refund, but I am hopeful that this *********** situation will be over in just a few more days.
