    Aug 23 - Paid for appliances in full Aug 27 - came with silver appliances (wrong colour) Aug 29 - suppose to deliver - no show Aug 30 - came with scratch and dented washer and wrong model dryer Sept 8 - said we would have appliance the following Monday. Sept 14- said we would have appliance the next day or the weekend Sept 22- said you had 2 brand new appliances in a box for us and you would deliver on the weekend. Oct 6 - said you had a brand new washer in a box for us Oct 25- said you would have it wrapped up the following week. Nov 30 - said you were going to deliver. No showed. Dec 1 - You ordered just the dryer said you would deliver Wednesday or Thursday. Sun Dec 10 - delivered even worse scratched and dented appliances. no brand new in the box appliances. Dec 11- suppose to refund $500 of $1000 - didn’t Dec 12 - suppose to refund the remaining $500 . Still $0 has been refunded No more communication with Chris. He will not answer phone calls or text messages

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This is the same story we have been getting since December 2023. Still not a nickel has been reimbursed to us. **** ** **** we paid in full for these appliances since Aug 2023. After paying for these appliances, we couldn’t reach Chris from camjo appliances ******* ** *** ** ********* ** ******** ******* *** *** ****** **  ********* ********* 
    This has dragged on for 7 months now. We have been more than fair and understanding with Chris from camjo appliances. We want a full refund, *** ******* **** ** ** **** **** ********
