  On December 23, 2022, I hired Wahl Water to install a filter in my house. During the installation, the technician accidentally opened a valve to a winterized cabin. The technician did not check where the line was going to nor did he ask about it. Unfortunately, I discovered the mistake three days later, during which time water had been pouring into a brand-new 14x14 cabin which was completed that same year.Initially, Wahl Water handled the incident professionally by responding promptly, making sure the cabin is as dry as possible, blowing the water line, and assuring me that insurance would handle the situation. However, it has now been four months since the flood, and the adjuster has not been in touch with me for over two months. The last I heard from them, they requested receipts for the original building supplies, which I don't have, and since then, I have not heard anything. ****, the owner, is also not responding to my calls, texts, or emails.As a result, I fear that I will miss out on the 2023 Airbnb season, which the cabin is designed for. I am disappointed with how the situation has unfolded, and I am especially unhappy with the lack of response from Wahl Water lately. I hope that my experience serves as a warning to anyone considering doing business with them.

  *********************** employees do poor quality work. My water line has been floating on the lake surface since Nov 2021 & he refuses to fix it. We knew something was going to go wrong because our neighbours told us that his employees were barely in the water for 2 hrs installing our pump & water line. They only used rebar & tie wraps to secure the water line to the bottom of Lake Huron. Needless to say 10 months later the tie wraps let go & now my family is at risk of having a damaged water line & no wAter.***************** told us in May 2022 that he would fix it & then would not take or return our calls. We filed with Small Claims Court & still no response. Hes clearly been sued before otherwise ***************** would fix his mistakes. Get anyone but ***************** @ WAHL WATER to install your water line!

  We have installed many water lines this way with very little damage unless low water levels and ice are the cause. This was the case in this incidence. We have been out multiple times to this location at no charge to the customer and extended the ********************** piping at no charge with the initial installation in 2020. This situation is not a result of improper installation rather environmental conditions. Our response is matter of our choice and done so after due consideration, our employees have done their best during sitework and informed the customer about the ice damage. We have been in business for over 25 years and this situation is a matter of difference of opinion as to what is the cause of the problem. It is not prudent to make claims about prior legal action without proper knowledge and certainty, we have received the filing with small claims court and will be taking the necessary action to resolve the issue through proper legal channels.
