I use Coinamatic laundry card from the apartment building and the card didn’t work and charge me 3X by $25 total of $75 I called the Coinamatic company and I send my email with the transactions I call a lots of times every day I explained them and still didn’t do anything aboutBusiness response

Tenants can load funds at the reloader and the funds are added to the laundry card. The maximum the laundry card hold is $50.00. We are able to check if the funds did or did not add to the laundry cards. We confirmed three transactions of $25.00 were taken from the account. Tenant advised only $25.00 added to the laundry card. Created a refund for $50.00. Advised check will arrive in the mail in approximately 2 weeks.

I have sent multiple refund requests to Coinamatic over the past year due to machine malfunctions and have not received a single refund, even when 'We have sent a cheque – please allow 10-14 days for delivery.'Business response

Tenants can either call the Call Centre or email their requests for either service calls or refunds. The number for the Contact Centre is on every machine. There were 2 emails sent in January requesting a refund for $3.25. A refund for $3.25 was created on February 8th. The majority of tenants at the location have laundry cards that have serial numbers on the back of the laundry cards. Tenants with the serial numbers on the back of the laundry cards, can call the Contact Centre and value codes ( 7 digits) will be created. The value codes are entered at the reloader and the funds will automatically add to the laundry cards. I will mail out a laundry card that has the serial number on the back of the laundry card loaded with $20.00Customer response
