This correspondence serves as Resolve Financial Recovery Inc.'s official response to complaint # ********. Resolve Financial Recovery takes all complaints very seriously and strives to conduct business in a
professional manner. Upon receiving the complaint, Resolve Financial Recovery reviewed the account details. We have never spoken to the complainant. This account may have the name ****** Financial listed as the collection item, but the account in question is actually a **** **** payday loan. ****** Financial took over the **** **** location where the complainant took out the loan. The account was opened 03/23/2017, and the last payment on record was 05/31/2021. We had sent out a notice 06/18/2022, so proper notice was given before we listed this account as a collection item. We invite the complainant to call into the office to resolve the matter and satisfy the collection item. If the complainant had actually called into the office before jumping to conclusions ***** **** ***** * **** we could have explained what it was for and come to a resolution. Please call 1-************.

Resolve Financial Recovery takes all complaints very seriously and strives to conduct business in a professional manner. The only phone conversation that our company has had on this account was 02/16/2022 where a friend stated she was using the complainants phone. We have attempted to reach the complainant ever since but have been unsuccessful. We encourage the complainant to call our office so we can work out a settlement suitable to the complainants current situation. Please call 1-************.

      Business response

      27/10/2022

This correspondence serves as Resolve Financial Recovery Inc.'s official response to complaint # ********. Resolve Financial Recovery takes all complaints very seriously and strives to conduct business in a professional manner. Upon receiving the complaint, Resolve Financial Recovery reviewed the account details. We have made note of the correction needed and had already responded to the complainant and her trustee. The complainant had also stated to her trustee that we will still contacting her. This statement is completely false, and we had already responded to a previous complaint where the complainant had stated this very same thing. We would like to advise the complainant that any inaccurate info (if any) will be corrected, but to allow the credit bureau time to be updated and review the information next month after the 20th. We encourage the complainant to reach out to us directly should she need any further assistance.

I dealt with: ****** ********* Resolve Financial Recovery Inc. *** * **** ******** ***** *** ************ ** *** *** ***** * ************* *** *** ** ****** **** ** ************ **** **** * *************** *** *** *** * ************  I am contacting the better business bureau about resolve as they have dealt in *** ***** *** ********** regarding the discharge of my ******** **** **** Debt. I have, in writing, the amount required to settle the account and was assured nothing more would be needed. I paid the amount promptly as promised. They took my money, and applied it to the account balance and did not close the account, and now they will not respond to my inquiries. If paying off a debt is rewarded this way, I will never pay another outstanding debt again. This debt was to be discharged and the balance cleared from my credit report. I have attached the 1. settlement amount requested in writing 2. The transfer statement 3. The latest update to the account on my credit karma which shows that they did not honor the agreement. Please, this is why people do not trust collection agencies. Can you step in here and help resolve this issue. Kindly ****** *****
