      i bought a new hp jet printer pro 8135. I tried out the instant ink where they offer 3 months free when you buy the unit.what they dont tell you is .if you cancell your subscription . the freeze your printer .till you either re subscribe or buy only hp ink cartridges. Its like holding your printer for *******.. im not sure if this is legal but it should be stopped.

      I purchased a printer with 6 months advertised free ink supply! They first had the wrong date of purchase, then I called them for over a month to get cartridges sent to me after only printing 30 pages! After a month, I finally got to speak to a supervisor and she said it should have been registered with in 7days to qualify for 6 months, and since I had not, I would have qualified for 3 months only. BUT that had passed, so I could only sign up for online ink program of at least $9/month ! **** ** * *** *** *** * **** ******** They do not say the the fine detailed conditions ! Word of caution! **** ****** with a catchy ad to entice you to buy cheap printer and then have tens of hoops/obstacles to jump for redeeming the advertised product! The printer is cheaper than the ink ! D* *** *** ***** *** *** ******* *** **** **** ** ****** ** ** * *** ***

      **** **** *** ***** Spent 2k on a new pc, the CPU was damaged from the factory. I sent it to get repaired on warranty, but they asserted that I damaged a pin on the socket. I never opened the computer. They asked for 230 dollars for repair, but when I went to pay, they charged me that five times totaling over 1,100 dollars. I tried to pay again on another card, and it charged that card almost 3,000 dollars. And still they say they never got the payment. When I got through to the billing department, they had no explanation, weren't helpful at all, didn't even understand the situation and couldn't assure me it wouldnt happen again. Never got my issue resolved, and I'm being returned a 2,000 dollar computer 3 months old that wont even turn on. ** *** *** ** ********* ** *** ***** ******** *** *** **** *********

      I have treated my laptop very well. Today my laptop screen (2yrs old) literally busted itself apart from the inside. HP said it would cost up to $500 to fix it. **** * *** **** the guy in town can fix it for $300 including parts. Sell ****, and charge a ton when it inevitably breaks. Great money making scheme, *** *** **** *******. I won't buy from them again. They definitely do not create quality as proven in that they do not stand by their product enough to fix it when it breaks from a design flaw on their part. I am thoroughly disappointed.

      Customer service wont respond to me for a warranty issue. They asked for serial number, model number, etc and once I provided it they ghosted me. Ive requested three times for a response with no reply. Do Better HP. You were my favourite brand for a computer but if this doesn't get resolved you lost a client for life. Ive had probably 12 HP computers and laptops in my life.

      I bought a printer at **** *** in June 2024, Model HP DesJet 2742e online, and it has been a stress to be able to enroll in the 6 month trial ink program, the customer service is terrible, you call by phone and they cut you off, the online chat does not know what they are doing, they even registered my credit card and took money from it and in the end I have not been able to register, I have decided to take my complaint to the state, BC consumer protection. I do not understand how they (**** ***-HP) can work so poorly, I do not recommend anyone to buy HP products, **** **** ** **** *** where they also washed their hands. I am very frustrated because I do not understand how the after-sales service can be so bad.

      We ordered a printer on December 17th 2024 which has not arrived. *** cannot provide an ETA or a reason for the delay. When we reached out to HP Customer Service they offered either to process a refund or launch an investigation. Both of which would take 10-15 days. We opted for investigating however are now told (10 days later) it will take 20 days minimum. When we asked for a refund then, it was declined on the basis it would 'complicate' things.       My experienc with HP Canada has been a nightmare - no one seems to know their products nor what they are doing They lost my order but charged me for the item that I never received - Finally after many many phone calls and emails to HP Canada they found that the order had been lost in transit - then all of a sudden it arrived a my home even though I had cancelled it - It was vdery very very complicate to return the item but we did and it was received at HP - they issued a credit - informing me on line but it was not credited to my credit card - 20 messages back and forth later still no credit and they have the gall to ask me each time what was my order number etc etc etc.

      I bought an HP photo printer in August 2020. I've used it to print regular paper but haven't used the photo printing feature, until I just tried it and realized it doesn't work. After going through all of the troubleshooting steps including a video call with support, their response was the hardware is malfunctioning and I have to buy a new printer because mine is no longer under warranty and it's nearing the end of its life. So the life of an HP printer is 4 years with light general usage and 0 ability to use its advertised function (photo printer). HP is not willing to do anything in this instance to stand behind their products.

      HP manufacturer warranty covers 1 full year for the product. The customer can also purchase an extended warranty at the time of the purchase. HP will support and assist our customers with any product and support related concerns.

      I bought the hp envy 6052e printer and had to go through their tech support to get it online - which took a long time - once this was done printer worked fine - until I changed internet providers - I then had to call tech support again and again long time to get online. I also signed up for their ink mailing program at $9.93 a month - this was fine until my credit card renewed and I forgot to send them the new card info - they suspended my printing until they got it - suspicious - yes! Then we moved and once again I had to contact tech to get online - my warranty was now done but they made an exception and helped me get online which took a full day - two weeks later we had a power outage and now I'm told no warranty we can't help on the online assistance which didn't help.. by now I am fed up so I cancelled my mailing program - they responded by saying that I cannot use the ink that I paid for through their program and must send it back to them - if I used it I would be charged on top of the fee they just charged. **** ******* ** * **** *** how they make this printer so difficult to get online without them is suspicious to say the least. ****** ** *** *** ** ** *** **** ** *** *** *** ******* ********  I now have to buy a new printer even though this one works fine just wont go online - I will never buy hp again
