            The customer service I received was above and beyond. Mike was incredibly patient with me as I set up my new team. Then when we ordered a whole new set of jersey's with names on the back, he sent a second one out for a player who's 1st jersey had very minimal white dots on the back, you needed to be right up close and personal to even see them. This came at NO extra cost to myself or the player!!! The turnaround time was also impressive with both orders. I ordered late the first time, but he rushed them so that we would have them for our first game. AMAZING!!! Although I don't even live in the same province as this business, I won't be going anywhere else. Being treated like a valued customer is invaluable.

            Working with 11th Hour was amazing - from the beginning, Mike took the time to walk me through the whole process. At every step of the process, he was available to provide updates, and was very helpful. He completed the order ahead of time, and even rectified a miscommunication at no extra cost. His product is simply superior to others - the lightweight material is perfect for ball hockey. I would not hesitate to work with 11th Hour. - ******* **** ****** ****
