              Purchased a ********** grill from Walmart.ca. It was delivered to my front porch completely damaged *** **** ** *** *********. I contacted them right away to advised to ask them to pick it up and return it for another one. They said they would not return it as they would do a refund, I can wait for my money to be returned and then re buy it. It is currently on sale and having to wait minimum 2 weeks to get another one after I get a refund. **** ** *** *********** I simply want them to pick this up and exchange it asap for another one. They told me to take it back to the store.               I placed an order with Walmart that was over $150, but I never received the items. The courier made a mistake and lost the package. I've tried contacting Walmart customer service multiple times to get a refund, but they still haven't resolved the issue. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially as a long-time Walmart customer. I expect much better order fulfillment and support. If Walmart doesn't immediately refund the $150 and provide some compensation for this inconvenience, I'm going to take my business elsewhere *** ***** ********** ******** ******* ***** ** ******** *********** This is unacceptable and I demand a prompt resolution.
