      I purchased a double Bed with storage underneath on Oct 22, 2024. I was verbally told the bed would be delivered within 3-5 business days. However, when I later saw the invoice, it said delivery within 5-7 business days. I let it go. My bed was finally delivered on Nov 6th. Almost 2 weeks later. Upon delivery, I noticed that I received a bed with NO STORAGE. I immediately told the delivery people of this but they had no choice but to leave the bed as it was quite late in the evening. **** **** ******** **** **** ***** *** **** ******* ** ***** ****** ** **** ***** *** *********** *** * *** ********* ***** ****** *** ** ** ******** *  Starting the next day, Nov 7th, I have made many many calls and even sent many emails requesting that I receive the item that I ordered and paid for. I got hung up on, spoken with rudely and told someone will call me back but, no one did. Now, they are asking me to pay extra money if I want the bed changed. * ******* **** **** **** **** *** ****** ****** * ** * ******** ****** ***** *** *** ******* **** **** *********** ** ************  All I'm asking for them to do is give me what I ordered in person and actually showed them physically which bed i wanted. Please, please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I visited this facility to buy a bedroom set. I had selected a product and finalize the deal. They were giving us delivery set up $200 gift voucher and a couple of gifts along with the deal. During the conversation, I was given three options Choose from for the same price. We took a lot of time visiting the facility back-and-forth to decide which one we want. We will travel all the way from Belleville to Scarborough multiple times with my family. Finally, we decided on one of the product . The sales rep mentioned that this product is for higher price and not the price that we were quoted for. We had taken our time to discuss all the products With the sale rep, keeping in consideration of our family need .the three products that we were looking into that he had mentioned has of the same value. Never during the discussion he wants mentioned that this is on a higher . And when we finally decided to buy one, he refused to give us for the same price. We got disappointed and wanted to cancel the deal. They deny us from returning our money saying that 25% of the money of the deal would be deducted as per the invoice. We paid our first installment by etransfer and no mention of refund was made to us. The second installment, we paid at their facility through cash. They signed the invoice and give us to sign it. No prior information was given or consent was taken that the refund on the cancellation would be 25%.. When we asked for the money, they say that it is written in the invoice. We had attempted several emails For the owner to contact us to solve the dispute, they deny our right to talking to the owner. They say that the owner is in Dubai, and we cannot cannot contact them. They Do not receive our phone calls. Do not reply to our emails, causing us a lot of stress and our travel back-and-forth from Belleville to Scarborough.. kindly help us please.

      All items are in stock. We can deliver the items mentioned in the invoice. Customer now refuses to take the items ordered and changed their mind to a more expensive option. When we explained the difference in price customer wanted to cancel the order. We are unable to give a different product for the same price as the product ordered. We have all items available and ready to be delivered. Customer is being unreasonable and trying to trick the store due to delay in shipment of the ordered item. She wants us to waive the difference due to shipment delay of the original order. We are unable to cover the difference as we work with very low margins and she was given the option to change any set available. Please help resolve this as this has been a painful order for the company. She won't take the items she ordered and they have arrived at our facility. We only has a deposit not full payment. She wants to switch to more expensive items and DOES NOT want to pay more to get them. It is unfair to us. We can give her some credit or discount for delay but we are a small businessand work with very low margins. We are unable to cover such a huge cost difference.

      I made the purchase from this store on July 20th, 2024, I purchased a furniture set including a three seater sofa Two seater sofa and chair, which was delivered on July 24th, 2024. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I encountered several issues: -Defective Item: Chair is unstable , Legs are uneven -Missing Items: The delivery was incomplete, as the cushions were missing. Incorrect Item: The three-seater sofa delivered is different from the one I saw in store. I was informed that the sofa is the 2023 model, which I did not order. I have made several attempts to contact the supplier to resolve these issues but have not received any response. I also visited the store to discuss the matter in person. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessional behavior, and the staff indicated that they will not replace the sofa with the correct model, nor did they provide an estimated time for fixing the unstable chair or delivering the missing cushions. I was charged 3183 CAD for this purchase, yet the store is unwilling to either rectify the problems or issue a refund.

      I have placed order paid almost full amount now they are not delivering the goods just playing around I asked them to cancel the order the refund my funds for that also they are not ready.

      SELLING COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS DATE OF TRANSACTION- JUNE-9th-2024 AMOUNT- $ 3100, I went to Danny's Home Decor 200B Clarence St, Brampton, ON L6W 1T4 on June-09-2024 to look for a recliner sofa *** ** ** **** *** ****** as a gift, I looked at few options and sales person TAJVEER helped me with it, he showed me few options but I did not like the quality of the product, then he said then he can get me a ******'* ***** **** SOFA for a good discount as he has DEALER ACCESS to it, he even logged into ******'S website to show me,so I was convinced and paid him extra amount of total $3100 only because he said it's going to be ******'S.So as promised delivery in 3-4 days, it never happened, they delivered sofa on JUNE-20-2024, which I was ok with it, as their is a lot of logistics involved and there could be delays.However the sofa they delivered was totally different from what was promised,it was not ******'S, it was the same sofa he showed me for $2100 but he duped me by saying he will deliver ******** ***** **** SOFA and charged me $3100. The delivery man acknowledged that its not ******'S,however they said as per company policy, I have to complain so company can take this sofa back at a later date. I even mention on the delivery bill that the sofa is not the same as promised.So since then we have send numerous emails and phone calls but it's of no use, I even reached out to ******'S to complain that this store ** ****** ****** ** **** **** but not expecting much help from them.So, finally we went to Danny's Home Decor Brampton, ON L6W 1T4 on July-10-2024 to complain and get a resolution, we met TAJVEER again and he literally ********** my wife that you can do whatever you want so its really causing a lot of stress to us *** ********* ** ** *** *** *** as sofa is already broken in just 3 weeks ( so you can imagine the quality) and *** can't even use it.* ***** **** ** *** **** ** **** ** **** *** * ** **** ****** ** *** **** **** ******** * **** Thank you

      We are working hard to serve all customers on time and with correct items. If the customer feels like the item is different than what was delivered. They need to contact us and we can help resolve the issue. This customer got the same sofa delivered that he saw at our store and now he is unhappy with the quality of the product and is requesting a different model ****** sofa for an exchange which we are unable to do. ****** is exclusively selling some items that we do not have access to. We delivered what was in our store for display. We did not cheat the customer or lie to him regarding the quality. Its unfair for the customer to claim otherwise.

      The sofa is not $2300 at our store. It is listed for $2499 for only 2pcs and the chair is listed for $899. You can visit our store and verify this information. The customer is under the wrong impression. If they wanted ****** they could buy at ****** home store. We do not sell copy products. We sold what we have on the floor and customer had seen that product. If they want some kind of compensation. We are open to giving them some discount but that is all we can offer.

      Date of Transaction : 15th June 2024 Total amount of money i paid is $2000/ full invoice amount I had purchased Bed room set. Despite the promised delivery timeframe of delivering after 2-3 days, I have yet to receive the bed and 2 night stand tables. . I have made several times contacted their stores via telephones at ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and visited in person as well to meet the senior person, u unfortunately, I am not getting any positive response or resolution regarding the status of my order. They are ***** and just borrowing their time without giving me any firm or concrete date of delivery. Every time, i am getting different excuses. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill my order has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Its completely failure at the end of Danny's to fulfil their contractual commitments and deliver the product as per agreed terms, if not, refund full amount at their earliest.

      I completely reject response that you are trying to reach out to me from last 3 days.  My both the numbers (in your records and shown on invoice) are working, i have not received even a single call / miscall.

      I have called your Mississauga store after your response here at least 8-10 times -  no one is picking up the call,  i have all the records on my mobile showing calls log. 

      Please give me a call at ###-###-#### or email me at ***********@*****.com to schedule a delivery of my furniture purchased.

      Looking forward to get this issue resolved immediately.

      This is regarding my order with Danny's Home Décor, Mississauga. My invoice number is ****-*****. The sales person was Avinash. My invoicing was done on I7th June 2024. I have done my payments in full 5 days before i.e Sunday 23rd June as told by him. My invoice had a delivery promise of 7-14 days. Now its around 4 weeks. The delivery department keeps on giving false promises about my delivery date. They tell a particular day and when I ask them on that particular day they postpone it to a different day. The customer service they provide is just ****. No one bothered to reply for the email I sent. There is a form in their website to submit grievances but that errored too. As a customer I am helpless Once the payment is done in full they treat the customers as they want and as a customer I feel trapped ***** ****** ** ****** ****** ***** ******* ***** ***** **********  No one picks up the phone as well as the sales person doesn't respond on messenger

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The queen bed has also gone past beyond 3-4 weeks eta.

      In total it is more than two months after the invoicing and atleast the business should have informed me during the stage when I was ordering that they did not have in stock.

      And moreover the Sofa bed delivered is not what I wanted. The sales person interpreted my required customization wrongly and I had to pay 200$ extra for that.

      I either need a refund for the amount I paid extra or replacement.

      I went into Dannys Home Decor on Kennedy road in scarborough to purchase a couch and dining room set on Sunday May 26th. I was assisted by a sales associate named Ladan and selected a sofa, chair, dining room table and 4 dining room chairs. I was told the order would be ready in a week and paid a deposit of $530. Almost 2 weeks later I have been calling and emailing about my furniture. They dont answer my calls and someone different emails with different information. I was told on June 11th that my order would be delivered on Thursday June 13th so I went into the store and paid the remaining balance. On Thursday June 13th i called numerous times to confirm a delivery time just to be told my order wouldnt be delivered until Saturday and the chairs I selected were now out of stock. I asked why i was told the items were being delivered if they are out of stock and was just met with apologies. I went into the store on Friday June 14th and spoke with a manager whom directed Ladan to find me chairs i liked and he would call by 9pm that night. No call. I went back to the store on june 15th and demanded that they refund my money since it is clear that they have no intentions on delivering my order..i was told.my couch, chair and table would now come on wednesday June 19th and again to pick new dining chairs. Again I demanded a refund to which they are refusing. It has now been 3 weeks and I still dont have my furniture or a refund

      Queen Mattress, night table and bed frame were purchased for $2500 on May 18th. We were given a 2 week delivery date to receive the order. However 3 weeks go by and the salesperson in store and customer representative both keep blaming the supplier and not providing us a delivery date. They do not pick up their phones, and when they do, they always say to call back later and that they are busy. Tried speaking to them about it earlier and the lady on the phone hung up on us. They have already taken a $500 deposit. We have visited twice in store to find out the delivery date but still do not give us any answers. They keep stalling and are holding our deposit ******* when trying to cancel

      We ordered a customized leather section (7 seaters in two pieces) on April 1. 2024 and agreed to a delivery at the end of May. Once the second payment(full payment) was made Dilpreet attitude towards us had changed negatively. Sectional was delivered on May 22, 2024, however, it had only 6 seats, including the corner seat - no one consulted us before the delivery date that there would be an adjustment to the configuration made in the agreement. We emailed the sales agent (Dilpreet) to advise him of the situation. He informed us that the delivery guys had made a mistake and left one of the seats. Dilpreet had failed to respond to our emails so we stopped by the store location on June 1st. Dilpreet asked us to consider taking the additional piece ( one separate piece)and he will have to get approval from his manager regarding compensation (possibly a painting) for our inconvenience. We declined both offers in person and via email. We informed him via email that we would like the longer end of the sectional in one piece as agreed on and paid for at the initial time of purchase and compensation for inconvenience or a full refund of the full payment amount paid. We have not received a response from Danny's Home Decor to date.

      Hello,

      We hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible. We have tried to explain our side of the customer with the resolution of providing 1 Armless chair as promised by our sales staff on the invoice.

      This custom sofa is made with 3 seats and if you add more seats they are individual seats added without arms. You can add as many as you like or we can add them by love seats. Due to transportations and taking into residential homes. 

      The armless chair on your order was not completed by the supplier at the time of delivery we missed it. It was the last piece due for delivery that we missed. It is in production and can be delivered whenever it is ready. We also offered the customer a in-store credit of $200 or a wall art as a gift. We would like to deliver the missing Armless chair and close the invoice with all items delivered as promised. 

      We are not asking for a 2nd transportation fee. We will take care of the delivery charges. We will set up the product in your house as well upon delivery. 

      We would like a closure on this matter. Would also contact customer to find a resolution
