    I previously got in a car accident on 7/26/24. My car was totaled. I got my insurance pay out and RBC was paid out for my car loan on August 9th 2024. On august 16th 2024 RBC took a payment of $200 dollars. and then again took another $200 on august 29th. The payment on the 16th was reversed but not the 8/29/24 one. After this payment was taken I then received a $19.68. I have been in contact with RBC for two months about getting my refund. I have been told consistently that I will get a update or the issue resolved in about 10 business days. This has happened four times now and again today I've been told to wait until November 12th 2024. When I call RBC to talk about the outstanding balance that is owed and the situation my account is pulled up and immediately they take a deeper dive into the issue.     I am trying to cancel my condo insurance that I paid in full in December 2021. I need a credit from 04MAY2022-15DEC2022. I have called 6 times and been on hold for almost 14 hours in total. I haven't spoke to anyone except for their recorded message. Angela C has emailed me and told me I don't have a policy. Then she comes back and tells me to call the number again. I just called and the wait time is another 3-4.5 hours!! Someone called me this week to say it was cancelled as of 07JUN2022 but I want credit from the date I sold the property 04MAY2022. I emailed the sale agreement this week, as RBC informed me to do so they can credit me. I would like to know when the credit is applied and how they are going to reimburse me.
