      An OSL rep came to our door and although we are very apprehensive to open our home to a stranger, he convinced us he could help us. Our current network provider at the time, was charging us $640.00/ monthly and he said we could get exactly what we had then if we switched to **** for approximately half the price. Long story short, the tv package is missing many channels we watch, but we can get them for additional fees. My cell phone is cracked and I said if we're changing to ****, I should get my then service provider to fix for free... but he insisted he would get me the new version of my phone around Black Friday, for free and also not to wry about the costs involved with leaving our network provider at the time. So a few days after the switch to **** was done, we got a $3,300 bill from ******, our previous provider. I began contacting the OSL rep, as he did say, call him anytime. He ghosted us, not returning texts, voice mail or emails. I have reported this situation to OSL, and they also have not returned my emails. So im stuck with a broken 2,000$ fone, by the time I buy the tv channels that I'm missing, and pay the 3,300$, and get my phone fixed, **** ** **** *** *** **** *** ** ********** **** *****  * *** **** ********* *** *** ** **** ******* ******* * *** ****** **** **** ********** ** **** **** *** ** ****** ********* ******* ** ***** *** ****** ******** *** * *******  I'm not letting this go!!!!

      Was shopping for a new phone in ******** ******* when one of the osl customer service rep came up. He was polite trying to sell me his products and all until I told him no. He kept at it and kept at it until I told my partner he was giving me anxiety and I wanted to walk away. ****** *** ************** ********* ** **** ** ******* *** **** ** * *** ******* **** ****** ** * **** ******* All because I didn't want his product. I tried to file a ********* **** *** ******** ******** *** *** ********** *** ** ***** *** *** *******. I filed a complaint with ******* and with OSL. ***** *** ***** **** ***** *** I will never use osl cause of them. **** ************** *** ********* *** ****** ** ** * ******* ******** *** *** *** **** ** *****

      *** **** new glasgow OSL.Went i at 7:40pm and they close at 8pm Wanted to check about porting 2 lines over.Agent didn't want to do anything as he said he didn't have enough time and would take too long to do the paperwork since he was off at 8pm.He was already trying to close the osl shop at 7:40pm.This was for 2 lines,but since the agent was ******** and not helpful,I will not be going there again *** **** ***** ******** **** * ***** *** ********.Oh well will go find a better place with better customer service and better friendly agents!

      * ***** **** ** ***** ** * ****** **** **** *** **** *** ********* all the associate obviously cared about was making the sale. **** ***** ***** it not only took over 2 hours to get my prepaid ******* # switched over to a post paid account which I was assured was cheaper. It not only is not cheaper but I don't need what they set me up with. Somehow a second number was attached to my account, nothing I wanted or asked for. This basically doubled my bill. At this point I wanted to talk to someone. It took close to 3 weeks of going in circles with automated customer service **** ***** *** * ****** ** ***** ******* ** *** ***** ****** before I finally tried reaching out for help from the associate and his employer, which neither would respond. ***** ***** ****** **** *** ******* **** *** **** **** ******* ***** ********* *** **** ******** ******* ***** ***** ***** ***** ******* ** *** ********

      RIKKI at the ********* ******* helped my wife and I get set up thru ******* transfers from ******** ****. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly thru out the transaction. Very good sales associate.

      The OSL team at ladysmith walmart were so amazing. While one was Answering my questions, transferring my data, and telling me all about my new phone, the other was keeping my 5 yr old ******** occupied. She was beyond thrilled. This made the whole process to fast and smooth. My family will be going here from now in for upgrades

      Went to ******* in NY to get a prepaid phone. I was approached by an OSL representative, which at the time I thought was a ******* employee, as I was choosing my phone. And as I was reaching for an airtime card, the representative kept telling me not to grab the card he could just include it in my phone purchase. Not once did this guy tell me he was from OSL, and that my transaction would be going through their system instead of *******. Also, I didn't know that a purchase would automatically activate my phone and the airtime would be put on immediately. I did not want the phone activated right away, or the minutes put on right away as it was going to be a gift for someone. Well, when I turned the phone on, to my surprise, already activated, already time on it, and there was non stop spam texts and calls coming in.Returning that phone and trying to be refunded the airtime was nothing but a hassle, because a regular ******* employee cannot do the return. It has to be someone from OSL and must be done through their system. These people are ********* ******* customers and switching them to OSL without telling them. *** ****** ** **** ***** **** **** *** ***** ******** **** **** ******* ** ********* ***** *****

      * *** ******** *** **** ** ** the OSL employees at ******* store location *********** **** Brampton. I have never had such horrible experience with any purchase in my life. I was **** *** ******** ** **** given a run around for at least 6 different times. I purchase a device ************ * pro with **** 2- year plan, when looking online the nearest dealer was with ******* (OSL) and I went ahead with that. After noticing issues with the phone, I returned to the store and was told that I can not exchange or return as **** does not have the device anymore so I have to go through ******. While putting the request for ****** I was told that I have to return to ******* as it's within 30 days period. I went back to ******* and tried returning at which point I could not find the receipt and they were giving me a difficult time. I decided to keep the phone ** * *** ** *** *** and when in US my apps kept crashing and roaming did not work either. After hours on call with **** and no resolution I was told I can cancel my plan and return my device within 30 day period. I mentioned I could not find receipt and was told that is fine I can return without it as it's defective. I have been trying to return the phone to ******* and **** for past week, **** **** ***** ******** ** *** *** ********. I have been **** to multiple times, they even talked with **** customer service who advised them to return the phone but when they got off the phone they made excuses again. I showed them legal views of ******* policy where it says they have to go with Carrier policy with post paid phone with plan. However, I have been trying to go with buyer's remorse for a device I purchased with **** since November 6th 2023 (The device was purchased Oct 29th 2023) and have not been able to due to the employees at ******* who sold me a device with ****.
