rather then having my insurance pay me $4000, they ordered two headlights for my ***** ******* 2015, (note my headlights were vandalized on the lenses). Were purchased from ******* ********* costing a total of $3753.91 CAD for two. These were part number ******** and ********. The adaptive feature *MUST* be equipped with this part number. The left one worked and the right one was found to be defective from manufacturer as per firm diagnostic by ** ***** ******. this diagnosis costed $190 cad. when I finally got a replacement under warranty for the right side months later, it was defective. said i need some random led module false representation of parts requirement (Illegal), and month's of me suffering had no value to them. Today at times my car rear turn signal burns out, fuses burn for no reason, an expert says this is due to the feature attempting to half work while its not complete, generating a malfunction of voltage. A tech at ** confirmed with me the truth is that they do not "want to" work on my car, (buddy that's not your choice I paid). I recently did another diagnostic as per what ******* ********* had told ** ****** (claiming the feature is no longer present which was counter proven by the technician and it was reconfirmed that the feature is there just the right side assembly has a break between the motor and module, what kind of excuse is this?? ** ****** said ******* ********* sells aftermarket parts, I have a documented proof, so maybe that's why I am suffering for a year?? If its not equipped give me my money back lol.). I paid $190CAD again, Even I know more then them.
