    I have shopped on the Shopping Channel for over 20 years. I made a purchase in December, 2024 and am still trying to get a duty issue resolved. They have the WORST customer service department I have ever dealt with. I was told after I paid duty for delivery of an item at Christmas that the duty was to be paid by the seller. They contacted the seller and the seller told them they had refunded me (they hadn't). I had to call again and show them screenshots of my account. The vendor then charged my account again for duty so I ended up paying it twice. I have called several times and emailed them waiting for resolution and being out $73.00. I have asked them to have the seller provide them with proof that they refunded me because I've provided more than enough proof that they haven't. I will never order anything from them again. Not worth the risk if there's a problem *** ** *** **** ** *** *** ******** ***** **** ***** *** **** *** they don't care.

    I purchased a jewelry item recently for several hundred. Within three weeks, this bracelet had disappeared off my arm. **** * **** **** ** *** ** **** ** **** ** *** ******* * ****** **** **** **** ** ******** I learned that a number of shoppers experienced the same thing with this particular item. Despite the reviews TSC published on its own website, the company continued to sell this item which clearly had a faulty clasp. When I wrote to customer service about it, they said they were sorry I ‘lost’ my bracelet. Seriously? So, I wrote to ******* ***, the manufacturer, to complain. They didn’t even respond.

    I ordered a cat tower in August they said it was delivered but maybe to a neighbor after many emails back and forth and the promise of redelivery the began telling me that that package too was lost. Now they want to ship yet another… I demanded a full refund and now communication has stopped

    I ordered a cat tree from them. They said it was delivered to my address. I was home all day of the alleged delivery. I emailed them that I didn't receive it. They told me to ask my neighbors and the post office. Neither my neighbors nor the post office have any knowledge of my package. I ask for a refund or the merchandise. To date I have not received a reply.

    I ordered the **** Mattress through ***. When ordered, I was told it would be delivered by October 3rd. There has been no communication, and when reaching out to them, all they say is to be patient. No offer to help or possibly get a discount. If I had known this, I would not have ordered. My son is now stuck sleeping on the couch because we have no mattress. Even knowing this, they offer you nothing. This is not the first time either. I now know better. I will never recommend ****** ******** **** them and will never order from them again. They need to be willing to at least do something to help you. Like offering some kind of discount on your item or something. They can't even tell me how long I might be waiting. I've reached out to **** mattresses as well hopefully, they can help me out. As according to the shopping channel, it's them that's holding up the order. Because they didn't deliver to them in time. So now I as a customer am stuck.

    I have been waiting for a refund they said it was just an authorization hold but they took the money and it was never returned now they refuse to send me it and now say they definetly won't because the card I used isn't active anymore... my case # is ********

    So I have an account with TSC and I noticed that they blocked my account on my first order stating that I lived in an address that I've never lived in no rectification just canceled my account and blocked now I'm waiting on a case number for them to fix this because of this madness I had to call my credit card and block my credit card also thinking that someone has my information and I'm still waiting on answer from TSC and my account is still locked and restricted because of someone else's owing of a balance at some other address that I don't even know could someone fix this ASAP case number-********

    I bought products in November with a return date of January 12th. I decided to return products. Got them there by January 12th. Checked my bank account, tsc has not credited my account. Called they told me l owed $3and change. They told me there was a change of $6,50 for returns. **** *** ***** This is not the first time this has happened.. How does this company still sell. They say they can do what they want. Will never shop there again *** ****** * ******* **** ***** **** ******* * ****

    ******** They took out extra money twice from a back up credit card which they claimed was NOT on my file and despite 5 calls to complain, all I got was a "we will forward issue to billing" and was offered FALSE promises and misinformation. Ultimately I just let them keep all the extras as there was NO way to speak to anyone who cared to refund me. **** ***** **** *** TERRIBLE SERVICE, INFLATED PRICES AND POOR AT BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will never purchase another product from these ***** ** *******. All customer service associates are **** and unprofessional. I purchased an expensive ******** Kettle from them and received a used one instead of a new. Furthermore it was showing temperature in Fahrenheit instead of Centigrade. That means it was not even for use in Canada. I called customer service multiple times and they always provided wrong information. **** ** *** ***** ******* ** *** ******** ***** *** **** ****** ** ****** *** ** ** ** **** * ********* **** *** ******** ********** ********** ** ****** ***** ********
