      Date of transaction was November 3, 2022, order # *****. Amount: $143.98 *** ******** ***** *** ***** ******** My package did not arrive in a timely fashion, it claimed to ship Nov 9 (within Ontario) but didn’t arrive until Dec 4. When it arrived, half the items were missing from the package (so I paid for items but didn’t receive them) and the 4 items that arrived were all damaged, one completely broken, and two were wrong items (worth less than what I ordered). *** ******** ****** *** **** *** ******* *** ******* I have tried since to get in contact with the company but no emails are returned and there is no phone number anywhere. **** * ********** ** **** * ***** ****** * ***** * *** ** ****** **** **** **** ***** **** ****** **** ******** ** ***** **** ** * **** ******* *** I want a refund as I paid for things I didn’t receive. I can’t even get a response from them. These were Christmas gifts I now can’t replace in time. When the package arrived, it wasn’t in a box but a small plastic shipping bag with no protection which is how the items they did send were broken. ** *** ***** *** ***** **** ***** ********* **** **** *** ********* ***** ***** **** ********** ********* ** *** ****** I’ve emailed multiple times under thread numbers #**** and also through their website contact form but have gotten no response.

      I purchase Chinese Lanterns on July 12, order number ORDER MMART#*****. The order screen said the item would arrive on July 19. The order total was $59.17 I received a tracking number on July 18 stating that my order had shipped - *************. I contacted them on the 19th, stating I would like to cancel the order and get my money back as the order was to be delivered by the 19th and these were for a celebration of life ceremony. I would have not purchased them had I known they wouldnt arrive. They advised me I could not get a refund and to wait for my order. I agreed. I contacted them via email again (there is no phone number) on August 8th. Still no delivery and the shipping said it had arrived in Canada on July 30th. They respond back with the tracking number and say it is on the way. I contacted them again the 16th, same response. When I go to the shippers screen and hover over a green check mark, it says it has been delivered even though the tracking last shows "arrived at destination country airport". At this point I know the lanterns are not coming, I had accepted they would not be here in time and would use them when they did arrive. I would like to make a formal complaint that Mississauga Mart will not do anything to assist and send the same email back for status every time.

      I have not heard back from Mississauga Mart regarding my complaints.
      About a week after sent the BBB a message, there was movement on the tracking and the package was delivered.

      Hi, I purchased two pair of heated gloves online from Mississauga Mart at the cost of $79.89 including tax and the quality was poor. The order was, MMART #**** I returned the items at my own shipping costs of $17.21 on April 5th, using ****** ****, who acknowledged delivery via a tracking # (I still have the ** receipt) on April 6th. After a two week run around saying they had no record of delivery and having to send them pictures of the ** tracking # they finally acknowledged receipt and sent me an email that the return was approved and my **** would be refunded with in 10 business days. as per their web site refund terms and conditions. I continued to send emails requesting my approved refund and then on May 16th they requested that it was necessary for me to open a ****** account so they could refund my $$ I found this odd as I had used my **** to make the purchase and NOT ****** and challenged them on this request quoting their web site return policy T's & C's. No reply so sent them my ****** infor and on May 30th they responding acknowledging receipt of my Pay info and my refund would be processed I have continued to send them emails requesting my refund and all I get is this response.       I purchased some items from this company in October but never received them. Even after 8 months of communication, they will not refund or resend my items. Even though the tracking shows undelivered still as my package was lost. Now after eight months of communicating with them they are claiming that I received my items and I never reached out to them previously. *********************** all I want is my money back. I have over 20 emails back-and-forth from them stating that they were re-shipping my items but that they couldn't ship them yet because they were waiting for their shipment to arrive in their warehouse. It's been eight months and they now are claiming that I never reached out to them at all. Even though I have all the emails to prove otherwise. Now they are no longer responding to me.

      Itrem ordered April 4th. Partial order was delivered. Order #*****. The product description states "4 pack" but only one was in the package. I have contacted the company four times without resolution. The item is today (June 13th) listed on their website as "in stock" with delivery by June 18th. ********************************************************************************************* I would like them to fulfill the order as placed in April.

      I made one small order from the company as I was skeptical of the products as the prices were so reasonable. I received my first order quickly and all was received. So I made a second order on March 20th of $332.29 and was sent the tracking number so I was confident enough to make a 3rd order without waiting for my 2nd order to arrive. Well the March 20th order has yet to arrive. When I called ****** **** they told me the company created a shipping label however the order was NEVER shipped, Weeks and months of trying to contact the company without avail. There is no phone number on the website* **** *** ****** **** ******* *** * ***** ****** **** ****** ****** Emails are responded with a robotic response and don't ever answer the questions. I have opened a claim with my credit card company. The third order of $445.46 arrived however over $100 of the order is missing. I have opened a claim with my credit card company but really their word against mine as they have a tracking number to prove my order arrived. Again, you cant communicate with the company to even try to resolve anything.       On April 15th I ordered a set of Waterproof LED Solar Garden lights at a cost of $14.99. There was a promo the day I ordered for free shipping. When I received confirmation of my order, I noticed that there was a charge for $8.95 for shipping. The total bill came to $28.55. I contacted the company to inquire and got no response. Then I received notice from ****** **** that a shipping label was created. That is, to date, where this order stands. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions asking where my order is and that they either ship the order or give me a full refund. I keep getting the same generic email back saying my order is currently being processed but still no further movement from ****** ***** * ******* **** ******* ****** ** ******* **** ******
